Hey, if a Kermit variant bumped Janice out of wave four for arguments sake, would you be hatin our beloved frog?
I just cant believe 20 years later and no fr figures! grrrr
NOOOOOOO!!!
Youve given away the dollar store muppet secret...
Yes folks, over the years you woul dnot believe the volume of MFS, MT and othe rMuppet goodness that comes to that store for just a buck!
>>>Well he's my favorite SS Muppet...we always have had some things in common...
Except that I hate math. LOL!<<<
I knew it! I actually didnt know Count von Count had 2 mistresses til I read Sesame unpaved.
Btw, oh gosh do I HATE math as well!
>>>It was the same name as that DANGED RAT.
I told you I'm MUCH too clever for this!<<<
hey c'mon, stop messing with Byron;) Anyways, as some collectors know, on ebay.uk theres already some great Rizzo action figures. Anyways...see this is my point about Palisades making mini figures...
>>>I must avenge the wrong which has been done to 1 of my 2 Muppet mistresses..<<<
I thought the Count on Sesame Street was the only one with two mistresses?
>>>He was called Lefty in some skits, but in those skits, I don't believe he was a salesman<<<
Oddly enuff, there seems to be two of several characters. There is Lefty from TMS, and Lefty from Sesame. Baby Bear from TMS, and Baby Bear from Sesame.
Theres two Nigels...and some people say...
>>>thats why i hope they really get a grip on this factory problem for Wave 2 production<<<
from the sounds of it, it sounds like Ken and the company are closely trying to monitor the factory and production. These figures however, are intended for the mature collector, as ironic as I know...
>>>Everyone isn't gunna agree, but this place would be pretty dull if we did<<<
This place dull, naw! ;)
>>> Delaying the Labs playset is a case in point. They didn't allow the Lab to leave the factory until they were satisfied with Beaker<<<
Yeah, thats a clear case where Ken and...
I too have noticed a lot of animal characters that have appeared periodically over the years on various shows. Like the bears...Im too lazy right now to go to the kermitage guide, but that one Bear with teeth has seemingly been on every Muppet show and special, along with the generic bears...
Ok, because were vocal we might bring up factory errors that others might not care about. But really, the downfall of a line isnt because Annikin Skywalker has c-3po's head and a missing light sabre...its because of poor sales via lack of interest.
>>>I always though the main group of fraggles to be kids. I mean, how could they not be? There's the one who likes exploring, the one who likes playing sports, the one who likes creating art, the one who keeps to himself, and the one who's just off the wall weird. But even though they were kids...
>>>I thought that Dennys would be giving out Muppet Dolls as part of ther promotion. Is there any news on it whether they changed their mind or not, because I really need a stuffed Kermit, even a little one<<<
Well...
we had a several month LJS muppet campaign...total amount of merchandise...
murgatoad:
ture, but futurama does have that cool 3d effect sometimes. but yeah, futurama is a bit more glib...I mean frye and bender are so apathetic the whole planet could blow up and theyd just complain about lack of beer.
In 1999 futurama seemed so promising, but even Simpsons' most...

Actually most factory workers in Asia are paid pretty well compared to the national average (their nation, not ours). Some factories even offer educational opportunities for their workers. If it wasn't for factory work most of them would be having to try to scrape together a living...
>>>Well Cory that might be right, but still, if they are being paid to do a job, then it's their reponsibility to do it. If Ken didn't correct them when there are flaws in the figures then the next thing we could be seeing a little kid choking on a broken arm, or getting cut on a sharp edge...
>>>I am this close to boycotting UPS..<<<
yeah, it is quite infuriating how slow UPS takes...you order something on ebay thru paypal...boom! its there to your porch within days courtesy of the good ol US postal service. *sigh*
>>>I agree with the sentiment that after 25+ years, we can do without smaller figurines for a while<<<
It's too bad that in the late 90's, the Todd Mcfarlane standard wiped out the consumer thirst for 3-4" figures. sad.
I liken it to kids weened on phantom menace and attack of the...
>>>i would say this...walk away. just end the thread here, and don't bring it up again<<<
aw c'mon, us old school Mc'ers need some sort of nostalgic fun on here, what with the banality of some things on here;)
