I agree, he's a breath of fresh air, I guess because he's funny and has a bit of an attitude, whereas the rest of the show has taken on a more sanitized tone in recent years.

Yup, and about The Cocoanuts, that's true about getting the papers and maps all wet so they didn't make too much noise. Amazing though how quickly Hollywood adapted to talkies.

I love looking at old advertisements from the '20s, like Coca Cola, with the whole flapper image women had. They rebelled against wearing corsets and long hair styles and gave women a lot more freedom.
Two '20s items I can think of is the book The Great Gatsby...
