Oh wow, I think Count might have mentioned this awhile ago! A Sesame Street Muppet with a familiar voice, and an even more familiar name! ;)

You know I was thinking of how Jim Henson chose to cancel Muppet Show after 5 years, though others would have kept it on the air. He wanted it to end on a high note, in its prime. I feel like there's so much emphasis on continuning the Muppets with new projects, the original material (that was...
That's good and I hope I, in turn, don't just focus on what went wrong. But I think it important to recognize and mention the wrong, otherwise it won't be fixed.:)
Well you know, it's not like new people have tried coming out with new Marx Brothers movies in order to make them more "modern", or to keep them in the public eye. That wouldn't make sense. The original movies are classic and well respected don't need to be recreated. That's how I feel about the...
You're not alone :) And there does seem to be two kinds of fans. The ones who like nearly everything that's come out. And those who mainly prefer the Jim-era material. Again, I don't think fans should feel like they "have to" accept things that come out just because they're a fan. :)
People can also cause change. ;)
And again, when it comes to change, there is no "have to" except. It's still every fans choice what they choose to enjoy. :)
I understand, from my pov I'm cautiously optimistic. They haven't been the kind of Muppets I enjoy for awhile. And just because they bare the name "Muppets" doesn't mean I'm required to watch. The main things I'm excited about are getting the classic stuff on DVD (which is just as watchable for...
True but remember you can see photos of Jim and company in the '50s and early '60s and practically all they wore were suits because that's all people had. It was only the late '60s and early '70s that people were suddenly free to wear more comfortable options and the leisure suit was invented...
Everyone's favorite spooky holiday, known to most as Halloween, has come to shelves of Hallmark! Say what you will, I for one am happy; I just want the holidays to get here!
Yup same thing happened to me until I downloaded it. I would mention it to Steve again. I know that would be so thrilling! Since we have received a few disapointments lately, fans have to make that extra effort! But that's OK, it's good to fight for something you care about. :)
Honestly, and I could be wrong, I think when the main audience for the show gets older and becomes the major market (the one that buys big books and DVDs for families), they might reconsider. I'm not trying to be cheeky, that is often how it goes.
I would definitely recommend writing (politely) to HIT. It may not change what's happening, but it would make us feel better I think at least to do something.

MN, love those dialogues!
Man, discussing the gap, feels like old times doesn't it? ;)
Actually I also recalled the gap there in TP, but Jane did say she wasn't sure.
If it was at another time, another thing to consider is, without braces, there's always the risk of teeth moving back by...
