The Muppets and Lady Gaga in new Christmas special November 28 on ABC

I keep saying this. PG is essentially a G film with hipper, edgier PR. For some reason, if it doesn't say "Pixar," if a movie doesn't say PG instead of G, it's automatically considered a baby film by the oh so intelligent general public. So, honestly, it isn't even the MPAA's fault here.

You Ever Notice...and What's the Deal...

Except that suburbs also have those pesky property taxes.

    When you need to rant...

I'll give them this... they at least deserve recognition for actually building themselves from the ground up than the Carddassmasters Cariboocreek the family of vapid, swarthy chicks what has like 8 shows going at once.

Wasn't that like already a much better and more beloved show?

    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Thread

It's probably just my character interpretation. Personally, I find Irma to be..eh... more promiscuous than she lets on. Someone who says she wants romance, but then falls in with the wrong people for a quick one. And that's discounting when she becomes a robosexual. TWICE...

The Muppets and Lady Gaga in new Christmas special November 28 on ABC

How many times must I say this is probably a Lady Gaga special where she specifically requested to star with The Muppets before the point comes across? If the Muppets have a solo Christmas special, I'd love to see any one of those guys, but I really think we should be thankful an A list...

    When you need to rant...

Kinda joking, but yeah... I hate that they're called "the Quack Pack." That's the name of a pretty good cartoon that doesn't deserve half the crap it gets. If any Ducks should be on TV, they should all be Disney related. And Daffy, Plucky, and Duckula.

Here's a very short rant. Duck Dynasty? I mean, REALLY?!?!?! That is all.

Now what's going on with YouTube?

New problem. YT keeps singing me out when I clearly didn't and don't want to.

    2013 Hallmark Muppet Ornament

The American greetings one is good, and it does kinda prevent me from really wanting this as bad as I should... but the craftsmanship is much better with the Hallmark one. It does look better if you have a side by side comparison of it. Personally, I'm more excited about the surprise...

    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Thread

As long as Irma isn't half as bad as she was in the old series. I've always said, April in all continuities is a positive female role model... Irma is the worst possible female role model for girls in a children's cartoon series. The boy craziness to the point where she makes bad choices and...

Now what's going on with YouTube?

I had that problem once, but only because I boneheadedly was doing something else online at the same time, and it was sucking up the bandwidth. I try to get my videos in as low quality as possible because it really doesn't matter with my stuff.

Behold... the New Teen Titans Cartoon...

This show has gradually started to grow on me, I must admit. The only thing bothering me now are how cheap the show's casting budget is (it really stunts the potential for more older villains to pop up besides ones voiced by the cast already and the rare occasion when they have Gizmo's VA). I...

    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Thread

Don't exactly know when it's going to go down, though. They mentioned it at the New York Comic Con. Reading the article again, it's clearly more of a cutscene gag and not a full episode, like when Ultimate Spider-Man had a couple 10 second shots in Marvel Super-Hero Squad in one episode (Sony's...

    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Thread

This baffles me. I'm very glad Nick knows there's a market for classic TMNT merchandising for all ages. The FUNKO POP figures are amazing....even though I have yet to get any of those or the Muppet or the Adventure Time... suffice to say I only have Edna Mode and got her on clearance. But...

Casey Kasem Suffering from Parkinson's Disease

I have to admit, Matthew has become my second favorite Shaggy VA (after Casey, of course). Glad I'm not the only one to have pointed that out. Of course, that scene was kinda forced in by executive producers as a commercial for the upcoming second film. The Looney Tunes returned the favor, of...

    When you need to rant...

Y'see? That's why my only internet presence is here, DA, and YT. And the last 2 are only creative (such as they may be) outlets. I just don't care much for uptight jerks and trolls and all the other schmucks present in those situations, cuz I have quite enough in my real life thank you very much.

Casey Kasem Suffering from Parkinson's Disease

Scooby-Doo is an immensely popular cartoon franchise that has been going strong since 1969. While Shaggy hasn't always been played by Casey (a squabble over a Burger King commercial had Casey away from voicing the character, and the last time he regularly performed him was "What's New...

No more classic episodes to be released in the near future

Music rights are despicable enough, but it's not like Sesame Street could never clear their own theme song before. This isn't a Married with Children borrowed Frank Sinatra tune deal. I just want to know why they couldn't get their own rights, as it seems like something on WB's end.

No more classic episodes to be released in the near future

I think it all adds up to what I've been saying. That some of the jobs lost were probably archival. And the irony is, said archival jobs could have created more revenue in the long run by releasing more and more of the back catalog that wouldn't sell well enough on the physical home video...
