    Muppet-Puppet Replicas on Ebay

I can't see any reason why it would be illegal. They're his own creations and he's not claiming that they are the original puppets.

Put a Piece of Carbon Paper Under Your Heart

The song was actually performed twice on TMS - the first was on the Leo Sayer episode and this version was sung by Annie Sue with piano accompanient by Rowlf. The second was on the Phyllis George episode, sung by Phyllis herself and again with Rowlf on piano.

Cigarettes and Whiskey with Peter Sellers

Yes he did, though it is hard to tell at times.

TMS Season 2 coming summer 2007

Then I'm afraid you will be waiting a long time; music rights do not just get resolved at the snap of a finger.

Cigarettes and Whiskey with Peter Sellers

It most certainly is Peter; Sellers was a radio performer and was able to do a variety of different voices without any difficulties. It was very rare for him to sing in his natural voice.

    Muppet Show Sequence Confusion

Thanks for that, my bad it would seem. I will correct my list as such.

    Muppet Show Sequence Confusion

Not a typo as the dates come from the JHC's official historian. Remember, they were recorded the week of those dates and not necessarily those particular dates in question.

    Muppet Show Sequence Confusion

The notes on the order are misleading to some extent; production order gives the impression that this is the order that the episodes went before the cameras. In fact, from the info I've gleamed from other members of this forum, the order the original production code order and the Jim Henson...

No they actually wrote that Wilkins' voice sounds like Kermit's, not that the puppet is Kermit.

That's because it was a poem written by Jerry Juhl, and poetry usually involves a person talking. A lot.

TMS Season 2 coming summer 2007

*Sigh!* It always amuses me whenever I read posts like this, as it confirms my suspicions that people just don't have a clue about what they are typing about. Disney have never lied to anybody about anything - why would they? What would be the point? Ladies and gents, I am going to tell...

TMS Season 2 coming summer 2007

Umm...when Disney are ready to announce it, perhaps? Ladies and gents - again, have patience.

    Muppet Show Sequence Confusion

Not all the episodes are presented in the order they were filmed - Connie Stevens recorded her episode before Juliet Prowse ever did. With regards to the original question - the Juliet Prowse episode was originally recorded in January 1976, but was re-worked at a later date prior to...

TMS Season 2 coming summer 2007

I'll think you'll find that the majority of all "studios" (for want of a better word) have a tendency to hold off announcing future DVD releases until they have something to say. For Disney to post a statement along the lines of "The Muppet Show Season 2 may or may not be coming out this year"...

First time poster with a lifelong question re: Muppets!

Your description reminds me of the aforementioned Sherlock Holmes sketch from the Joel Grey episode of TMS. The person who got devoured in one fell swoop by Gorgon Heap was Miss Piggy who was dressed as a maid. Gorogn Heap ate her head first and the last thing you see are her shoes. The...

John Denver & The Muppets: A Christmas Together DVD

You might not be "making much off of this" but you are still making money in the first place. The forum rules are quite clear about this sort of thing, as are general copyright laws. If you wish to share with other fans, than I suggest that you do it through the tape trading forum.

That was the Sherlock Holmes sketch from the Joel Grey episode.

No they weren't. Both Floyd and Janice feature in some of the songs and are credited as well on the back cover.

If this *is* from the Muppet Christmas Carol then Richard Hunt won't be on it.

    Muppet Family Christmas Soundtrack (?)

Aha, thank you very much. That clears up the mystery.
