    I'm not sure that it's available on DVD, though it is on CD. I've ordered a copy from Amazon but have no idea whether it's the 13-track or 10-track version.

    Who Has Kermit Fired or Threatened to Fire?

    I don't know that Kermit was mean per se in the first season. He was acting less as a friend and more as the boss. His relationship with the rest of the cast changed over time, beginning with the second season.
