You're right and marketing is important. I just think it's a mistake for the companies to have ignored the past. I don't buy the idea that today's kids aren't interested, and to ignore time honored material is rarely a successful idea.

You're definitely right, I really don't mind the debating. It doesn't always mean people are fighting here. Even about "deep" topics, sometimes people are just having a dialogue, it doesn't mean there's a problem. :)
Just want to say I don't want to limit my posting and I regret it got that heated. Threatening to leave isn't the best way to handle things for anyone. But I meant what I said, I would be disturbed if people's ability to discuss faith in a civil manner was hampered. :)
It's just that, it's one thing if a faith discussion is rude and uncivil. But if it's not, if it's just a person talking about their faith in a positive manner, and is making the effort to be all inclusive, it's no different than discussing your favorite pasttime or hobby. Not everyone may share...
I liked the article, but they should have also interviewed parents whose kids do like Muppet Show (they do exist). Instead they made it look like Disney is the only way.
