Yes, but they're a part of the end credits so it's a bit harder to remove them than it is for TMS. The various copyright notices used for TMS have always been on a seperate shot of Zoot blowing his sax so it's always been easy to change them.

It's been a while since I last saw the Rich Little episode but I wonder if Little was trying to do Fozzie's voice from the previous year, as they would be all he would have had to go on.
