I really think we need to appreciate how horrible that film was and how Joel Schumacker had no talent to begin with. Really, no one understands the pain of a TRULY bad movie anymore, especially a comic book based one.
I haven't heard much about the Nightwing addition since they first announced it. Still, it's nice that this movie won't be the Batman Vs Superman film fanboys were whining about. Now it will be a JLA movie that fanboys will whine about.
I love how all these movies are going to be the worst...
And that the episodes were late. Networks don't have patience for that kind of thing. That's mostly why John K was fired from Ren and Stimpy. The episodes were overdue and well over budget. Then you look at the Mighty Mouse cartoon he was part of in the 1980's, and they had to fill several...
I think the overly annoyed fanboys can stop calling this a Batman vs. Superman movie now. Not only is Nightwing confirmed to appear, but it looks like we'll finally get a theatrical appearance by Wonder Woman.
Clear and obvious, they couldn't make a JLA movie when they wanted to, so they...
I read it too fast and the letters of Amiguita and Abuelita (thinking it was Abuelita was me slipping again too) blended together.
But I still stand by my point about the odd spacing with the second half of the season's episodes.
Unless I read those too fast as well.
If TMM was released today, it would probably get a had R because of someone in the background smoking. I'm sure even the references to champagne would get it a freakin' PG-13. I love these moral panic stories where some antsy pants parental group with too much time on their hands says that...
Yeah... all over the 1980's. Very racist roles he had back then. Nice to know Sesame Street let him have something dignified, subtle, and culturally respectful.
I want to say she was in an episode of The Drew Carey Show, but I forget which one. I recall her also being in an episode of...
I checked my local schedule, and it still says the episode's to air next Thursday. I think that your PBS somehow got an advanced copy. I don't see how, but lucky for you.
Heh.
I'm a huge Seinfeld fan, and I'm just not compelled to watch most of the episodes because I just can't. I know what's going to happen, and I just yell at the screen every time. NO! Watch out for the envelopes on the floor, George! GAH! No! No! Sit down and don't try to get the water...
Well, that's thoroughly depressing.
Danny Wells was Luigi to me. Not because I have a nostalgic bias to the Super Mario bros Super Show, but because I really think he played the character better than anyone else. I never liked the weird, whiny Yogi Bear sound from Tony Rosato in Super Mario...
Yeah, Looney Tunes, Garfield, Dr. Seuss... they do show some of the Peanuts specials and they've released a large number of them on DVD before they just gave up (where's my copy of that dumb live action hybrid special where Spike gets taken care of by a hot blonde that I wasn't too crazy about...
At least it wasn't bumped by an Ask Jeeves Balloon. That was the parade's Crappy Balloon Event Horizon. Me, I just wish I didn't have to suffer through so much bad country music, all about sex (and not even subtle). I mean, really... ooh, it's the good wholesome downhome sound styling all...
How did you see it? I'm curious as the episode is listed for next Thursday.
On that subject, I get the one episode every Thursday. But now they're doing the insufferable "save the last half of the season for April" and stuttering the releases of the episodes.
I just said that.
And yes Pixar is the only ones that can get away with it as they're Pixar. Anyone else will look foolish if you don't want the audience to think you have a 'tude for the hipsters.
Still, it's impossible to get a G now. And no one wants it. So, it's a feat to get something...
I really think the animated series in unjustly hated, and quite honestly, it was the only exposure to the Fraggles those without HBO ever got without home video... But I still stand my ground on "The Great Radish Round-up." It would have been a pretty good episode, if it wasn't mostly Fraggles...
It would be a pretty idiotic move to not erase references to a rival network, especially one like NBC/Universal that has to promote everything they can everywhere they can. Chances are, if you see something done by NBC or Universal, they'll wind up promoting themselves somewhere. Any Universal...
That goes back to my rant about Christmas specials, and a part I left out. Does anyone remember when they used to have TV specials just randomly through out the year, and they didn't even need a holiday to connect them to? It's one thing that they only have Christmas specials, and not even...
I can't believe I forgot the shallow parody of 2001:A Space Odyssey episode. The one where the number 11 appears and plays the same music as the monolith appearing... I know the composition, I just couldn't name it for you. And then Telly and the kids are compelled to perform that song with...
