Little Big Bird part 2, Season 37 changes

Yeah. They should at least maybe show more seasons that haven't been shown in a while, like seasons 33 and 35 instead of airing the same tired old episodes over and over again. At least that might tide us over until the new season begins.

    Squeal of Fortune

Maybe that's why the sketch didn't last. They couldn't really count the pig's squals without the pig. Lol.

Little Big Bird part 2, Season 37 changes

I don't think Boober would make up something like that. It is interesting information though. I would like to read about it on an official site if possible.

    Sesame Street Dream

I agree. I could see Northern Calloway freaking out like that. Except since he's not on the show any more, they'd have to use another character. Also, a "Hollywood Squares" parody would be a good idea. After all they had "Squeal of Fortune" and "To Tell a Face."

    Muppet Letter Switch

I never really thought of that. Kind of reminds me of the opening to the last season of the "Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show" when all the characters kept morphing into other characters. Alright, let me try one: Take away the G- in Gobo and replace it with a B- to make Bobo. That's all I...

What Muppet film / TV Show is this?

Oh, you're thinking of "It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie." That one aired on NBC a few years back. It's available on DVD, so you might want to check your local video store. It's really a good one.

This explains everything about Spinney and Vogel

Yeah, that kind of bothers me, because I'm more familiar with the Big Bird voice we know today. Hopefully he'll improve the voice over the years. About him singing, he is pretty good with the "Journey to Ernie" song. Hopefully, they'll have him sing more on the show.

What will happen when Caroll Spinney retires?

Well, you have to admire Carroll's dedication. I mean he continues with Big Bird because he wants to, not because he's required too. Unlike Frank Oz who could still perform his characters if he wanted to, but now is pursuing other projects. Unfortunately, I have to agree with that. With...

    Oscar the Hermit

    Yeah, I've noticed Osvoldo.

This explains everything about Spinney and Vogel

Wow! Panera Bread in which location? It must be interesting to meet a Muppateer in person. I don't know what Matt looks like, so I probably wouldn't have known him if I saw him. That must have been a great experience. By the way, in answer to the post about Carroll doing Big Bird's voice...

    Big Bird Imagines Being Small.

Well, I guess it makes sense that storylines would be repeated. After all, it's hard to keep track of everything that happened in 36 years. Besides, later shows are watched by new generations of children, so they didn't see the earlier shows.

    Oscar the Hermit

Yeah, pretty similar to "Muppet Family Christmas" when he says, "I will not sing this song!" Followed by, "Fa la la la la la la la la!"

    Songs featuring the human cast

I remember that song. It's also at the lyrics archive.

Richard Hunt and Frank Oz in Trading Places

Thanks for that info. Maybe I'll get it with my Blockbuster gift certificate.

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 36

<<Song: I Believe in Little Things. Me thinks it was Gordon's voice singing, but I'm not sure. This remake I liked because it stayed true to the spirit of the original.>> Yeah. It did sound like Gordon's voice, only a bit deeper, so I'm not sure. <<But Mike the Ladybug was also made...

Was Kermit on Disney's Christmas Parade?

Yeah. It was on this year. I didn't see any sign of :) though.

This explains everything about Spinney and Vogel

Well, it's a classic Oscar the Grouch moment to have his elephant squirt someone. I guess it wouldn't have been as funny if she ran away. In response to what you said about Spinney and Vogel, well Carroll's not as young as he used to be, so Matt's Big Bird is able to move around in different...

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 36

Okay, that sounds familiar. Even if I haven't seen that one before, I've seen quite a few that were very similar, so I guess I didn't miss much there. Thanks anyway.

    Big Bird Imagines Being Small.

Yeah. That sounds a lot like today's ep. I wonder if the writers had that one in mind.

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 36

Could you elaborate a little bit on what happened in this segment? I missed it. If it's new, I'd like to try to catch it tomorrow afternoon. Please let me know. Thanks.
