Anyhoo...I see Eric has *really* taken over Oz' characters...he even performed Yoda in VMC I see! (Im surprised the Lucas gestapo wasnt sicking their retainers on JHC;) )
Thanks so much for posting Squirrel! It's really cool to get updates from inside...
Theyre not those tacky iron shirts with the sparkly glitter crap are they? Im hoping they are of the quality of the new Electric Mayhem and Weezer Muppet shirts.
Eh, trust me its not just the forums. Is it me or does MC need some serious new rethinking and direction? *sigh* Well...
I think we are all very very grateful for MC over the years. But between the HUGE Farscape surge online, and the upcoming Fox show(as well as Animal Jam, and all the...
Well, it's a complicated matter. On one hand, in the public's eye(sort of) the Muppets were everywhere in 2002. From the White House lawn and Capitol Hill to Time Square.
But what a lot of Muppet fans might know, is that JHC is really doing their best to keep things looking better than they...
Heh, I was kidding about Spike Lee...I actually was just mentioning directors with a visual flair(just saw Spike Lee's 25th Hour and the cinematrography is great)
Im sorry, but I cannot sit idly by and watch JHC churn out another classic retelling, crappy bonehead 'Spooky Hotel Night/Time...
AW c'mon, that's not nice folks...as much as I complain about all the rug rat's on here blatant lack of spelling skills, it is nice to see such enthusiasm amongst the young crowd. It is nice to see Muppet fondness isnt just for a bunch of nostalgic 20/30 somethigners.
Heh, if there was a saveJHC.com it would be crickets and tumbleweeds, heh.
I just cant believe how crazy zealous they are on there. ****. It makes us all look like a bunch of old folks sitting on a retirement home porch.
Well I feel bad the few cultural sitcoms on tv end up getting blasted by people, be it UPN shows or whatever. I think Sean Hayes is the best thing on there. HE hosted this one Saturday Night Live in feb or march of 2001 that is absolutely the greatest SNL episode EVER(even better than th elate...
Just saw a huge billboard for 101 Dalmations 2!??!?! WTefff?
My gosh...does Disney not have any shame? Im sorry, but its open season with verbal rhetoric against the mouse.
And yeah, dont get me started on the Disney Store. After they got rid of Bear and wouldnt carry *any* Spirited Away...
Mathman Mathman Mathman^_^ Yeah, 321 and Square One(and Today's Special and every other cryptic PBS kids show) were around my time so I remember them both. I remember this one 321 episode where one of the kids goes to an arcade, then goes to see how video games are made. I was like 5 or 6 and...
I really dont want to see the Muppets go down another parody sendoff idea for a whole movie.
As Ive stated, I envision something epic. I'd like a return to a Manhattan setting possibly, with 'locations' all over the world(even if they arent really filmed all over the world) I see a desert...
Ack, you know you are 100% right. It's interesting...but do you folks on here realize how big the Muppets are in the UK and Europe in general? The Muppets have remained so healthy in the UK...heck JHC and JHC CS have their biggest facilities in the UK.
Mcdonalds there has had months of...
Oh man youre too much^_^ Yeah, I dont wanna say MC is dead...as I guess there isnt much draw for folks to congregate and discuss...but um...if only theyd allow Muppet threads on savefarscape.com Those people, dont they even know what JHC is? Folks think Im some rabid hardcore zealot Muppet...
True, but when I say the Muppets..I mean 50 years of everything from Muppet Show, Sesame, and Fraggle Rock, to Bear in the Big Blue House, Hoobs, Mopatop, and everything in between.
Hey, I wonder what it will be like on the forums when the Fox show airs, AND if it is a hit? Will it be like...
You know, while MC's forum has somehow turned into a minefield of "hEy dID yU gUYz sEE tHAT oNE ePaSOdE of Mupptz shOw tHat hAD trhe tWo oLD gUYS and FoNzie cuz IT waZ reaLlY funnie AnD I wuD lIke tO see It aGin ok!" erroneous postings and 'Hey, heres the anti uber look at me club thread!"...
It's funny, I knew the rough estimate ages of all the Muppet performers, but seeing em person...wow, I really got the sense that the Muppets have kept em young all these years. And Jerry Nelson was the most young acting of the lot! Very cool.
I think if we could we'd all want to send Jerry a...
Re: auto
Noone should ever sell personally signed JHC related autographs. Especially if they were signed in person. Just my thoughts...but there is something inherently special about signings in person.
Re: MuppetFest 1 footage Wanted
OMG!!! Why couldnt I have had the foresight to ask that overweight middle aged guy with the silver jacket secretly filming parts of Saturday and Sunday with a small handheld camera?
Awwwwwwwwwww....I would be the talk of the Muppet underground fan trade...
