Bear arrives on Disney+ The beloved series has been off the air for the past 15 years. Now all four seasons are finally available for a whole new generation.
I believe that only the Turtles will meet themselves. They only said Barry Gordon, Townsend Coleman, and Cam Clarke would be involved.
From what I understand, it's an availability issue. The last season of TMNT was when Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain took off, and Rob was pretty busy...
The only other Dreamwork's animated Film is HTTYD 2. It might just pop up there. I just hope it's paired with an animated movie, instead of some dumb family thing.
That's probably an exception to the rule. Culture Click isn't so much about web vidoes as it's about dry educational facts that they pretend to look up on the internet.
I shouldn't complain, since it's banished to the depths of qubo where no one can see it, but still... if kids have internet...
Considering the Doozer cartoon actually happened, I'm far more optimistic that this could very well happen, I guess.
I mean, sure, Doozers is going to be on Hulu (probably plus) instead of a network like it should (Really PBS? You chose to keep running "Cailou's Temper Tantrum Theater"...
The film is certainly gaining some traction if they have a producer attached, and something tells me how Muppets Most Wanted does will be a key factor. Fraggle Rock deserves a movie (even Sesame Street got 2), and the sooner they can get people that remember the show in with their kids, the...
Head's Up. The upcoming episode is going to be the special where they meet their past selves. And unlike the last time, they actually can hire the original voice actors (they have one of them already, of course).
You know what you never hear? Praise from the fact that Grover and Cookie Monster made huge comebacks. I'd venture to say Cookie Monster is on the show almost as much as Elmo now.
Which is a great reminder that Elmo's rise to popularity (though it did start in the 80's when he was a slightly...
Boy, we're really ready to get off topic, aren't we?
I'm completely dumbfounded by television shows about what's on the internet. Stuff like Culture Click (they're mostly low budget pap for kids or something). If you don't have the internet (and there are some that do), why would you want...
Jason was on hand for The Muppets to use his star power to get the film made. While I enjoyed him in the film overall, the human characters were nothing more than to help Walter get to the main plot. While they had their fair share of time, the film didn't completely focus on them (which is...
Other than the fact I still think the Muppets cannot work on a major broadcast network, AFV is never going to die because it's so cheap to produce. And I'm sure someone will bellyache if it did go away, begging it to come back. We do indeed have Youtube and vine. AFV has never been more...
The negative reviews are laughable. Here's why.
This is very much the first Muppet movie that's a direct sequel. The Muppet films have always been single, self sustaining stories. The closest thing a movie has to a follow up is that MCC was followed up by MTI.
From all non-spoilery things...
The wiki is your friend
Essentially the idea came out of an unrealized project called "Frog School" which sounds like it's essentially the same thing (or at least shares a LOT of similar threads) only as a TV series.
Something tells me they said "heck with it" and made a movie instead.
They're making Ernie and Bert segments for international consumption.
Translated, it means they have to make everything generic so it translates (even though they had NO problem with the apartment skits from the first 40 something years of the show), and then showing it in the country where...
Which is hilarious by the way. Toughpigs gave it a good review, which means at least the fans will like it. The two good reviews are glowingly positive, one of the negative ones is mean spirited (probably some indie news paper or something, they love to be jerks) and the other two didn't get...
I'm dumbfounded that's the case. It was Jason's choice to leave the franchise, he did what he had to do to get the first one made.
Edit: The negative reviews are poorly written and clearly don't get the point what the fil is. Of course, there's only 3 of them out of 5 (2 liked it)... but...
