Absolutely gorgeous! If I had some spare cash, and a frame, I'd buy that in a heartbeat.

Movies You Like But Everyone Else Hates.

Bee Movie was really surreal in my eyes. That new Free Birds movie feels just like, only have the surreal aspect turned to 11.

Sesame Workshop lays off 10% of employees

If celebrities are apparently costing much, I don't know why they don't go the AM route for some of them. "Measure, Yeah, Measure" felt very classic just because it used an AM caricature instead of the actual Justin Beiber. Part of the humor from the newer spoofs is because of the caricatures...

Sesame Workshop lays off 10% of employees

I'm pretty sure they're done. If anything, the only things left are the celebrity Word of the Day bits. I know they started filming, but someone (who as at the PBS Annual Meeting a month or so ago, where they had info on the new season) said they started in July. So, either they were wrong or...

Sesame Workshop lays off 10% of employees

I'm sure some of the classic fans would say it already has. :p

Your Thoughts: "The Rainbow Connection" from The Muppets (2011)

The scene also becomes memorable in its own right, thanks to the shots of the Muppets holding hands as they go onstage and Animal's dilema.

Sesame Workshop lays off 10% of employees

Well, to be honest, iPads don't need the Internet to charge or use most apps. Unless you mean electricity going out too, then yeah, point is valid.

Your Thoughts: "The Rainbow Connection" from The Muppets (2011)

I think part of the reason others didn't like it because it was a meaningful song used a different context. The song serves a purpose in the first movie, to establish Kermit as a dreamer. But in the newest movie, they're just performing it because it's their most memorable song. I don't mind...

    Your Thoughts: Baby Bear

I think Baby Bear's one of the funniest characters on the show now. He not only gets a lot of great lines, he and Telly usually have some of the best stories of the season.

Sesame Workshop lays off 10% of employees

As far as the AFFS stuff is concerned, they stopped production on those by season 42. We'll find out in September what the future of that segment is. We know there's a new Cookie segment, which would probably cost less than AFFS (maybe less than ETM even; I don't next to nothing about the...

That's too bad. Things aren't looking up for them, budget-wise.

Speculation: Sesame Street 45th Anniversary Possibilities

As much as I'd like an anniversary album, the majority of songs it would have would most likely be already downloadible from the other albums already available; like those "digital collection albums" they've been doing. I want an album of completely new, unreleased material. I don't know why...

Speculation: Sesame Street 45th Anniversary Possibilities

Those would be the worst things ever, especially in the first few seasons. By episode, like, five, you'll have seen the same segments replay dozens of times. Unless they made a set of just all the segments/street scenes that made up each episode to avoid any repeats, the DVDs would be endless...

    So... Sesame Street Season 44!

That's too bad. I wish they'd at least acknowledge it, if not on the show, then in some sort of press statement online.
