That's interesting information, especially considering that to this day Spinney is still willing to perform Big Bird until he is no longer able. Kermit Love must have been a great mentor to him.
Yeah, I think this was during the Richard Hunt Elmo years, though you didn't quite hear the voice there. The Elmo we know didn't appear until about a year later. I guess it's best that this movie came out when it did.
:) : When we're on the radio, people don't know it's us.
I sort of wonder if that's an indirect reference to the fact that it's Steve and Eric voicing Kermit and Fozzie now.
That was good. Thanks. I just have a quick question. Whoopi or one of the ladies said that everyone in the audience will take home TMS Season Three. Does that mean if you were in the audience, that day you would have gotten the show for free? I'm not trying to write a poem here. I'm just...
I don't know. I think 'Bein' Green' relates to me for the most part. Especially today, I was at the mall and I was probably the only guy there not holding hands with a girl. :( It seems like people don't accept me for who I am. I really know how Kermit feels when he sings that song.
I guess that's a possibility. It really doesn't look like an English setting where MB takes place though. Of course, "The Muppet Show" was shot in England, so you never know.
Kermit: How come you don't have an English accent?
Beauregard: Are you kidding? I'm lucky to have a driver's...
Gosh. I could have figured that out. I guess I read this post too late. Lol. BTW, you might want to change your quote now that we have this. :shifty: Nice pic though.
Well, I think that would have been a good idea, if they made something like that for real. After all, we have Mario Kart and Smash Bros. and all that. I think they can do a few of those types of games with the Muppets as well. I can even picture a 'Sesame Street Racing' or something like that.
Well, you shouldn't have taken it too seriously. After all if you see the date 04/01 on the post, you should know it's an April Fool's joke. Any other day of the year, it's understandable why you'd want to do that. Lol. Not to be critical or anything. Just thought I'd mention it. While...
Actually, I didn't catch any April Fool's threads yesterday. I might want to look through the board again once their properly labeled so they'll be easier to find. It would be nice to see what all I missed.
Well, it's not too unoriginal. If you recall in Pepe le Pew's first appearance, his accent was fake and he was really an American skunk because Chuck Jones hadn't planned on using him as more than just a one-shot character. I know I relate Looney Tunes to Muppets quite often, but I thought I'd...
Yeah, I got to know Brian's Telly from clips on You Tube, but I still haven't seen the original television monster. So why isn't anybody posting scenes from that ep? Come on, you lazy bums! Get with the program!
APRIL FOOL! I'm not really angry. It would be cool to see that though. I...
Wait, you mean the puppateers actually loop in the voices for the SS Live performances while it's other characters in the costumes? I never thought about it before. That does sound about right though, because when I was a kid I remember seeing the show 'Big Bird & Company' at Sesame Place and...
I actually heard that they would release MT! after they finished releasing the whole 'Muppet Show' series, but that would take up a lot of time. I really don't know what their plans are.
Yeah. I have to agree with Ernie on this one. Eric stopped voicing CM years ago. It had to have been Dave. Actually, it sounded like Frank though. Someone mentioned Eric's Grover has been sounding different from before as well. I guess it's because these guys have really been improving...
