    Season 40 Hidden Gems

I thought that was him, only I didn't hear 'Mahna, Mahna.' Maybe my sound was too low.

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 40

Okay. I get it now. I guess it's hard to comprehend because I never got Noggin. But I guess it's one of those network changes (ex: WB to CW, Kids WB to 4kids TV, PAX network to ION television,) sort of a deal like that.

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 40

I'm trying to think, wouldn't it be the opposite? After all, the reason Noggin stopped airing unpaved was because of all the Chicken Dance Elmo's that were sold. Their belief was that they stopped airing older stuff since they were making more money with newer stuff so wouldn't things have...

Your Thoughts: The Muppets on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon"

I wanted to mention that they played the John Denver version on the radio last night so I heard that before I went to bed, I guess it's the CD version you hear on the radio. One correction I want to make to the Count's post was that on the John Denver version, it was Beauregard who sang verse...

Your Thoughts: The Muppets on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon"

Yeah. I think your right. In all honesty, I haven't been able to find my John Denver & the Muppet's CD so I can't really check that out. I don't think the CD version had Fozzie forgetting his lines. Also, I don't think I saw the TV version, so that must be what I'm missing. I do remember he...

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 40

I agree. The season premiere ep was really good, but after that things seemed to go downhill. You'd think because it's an anniversary year there would be more to look forward to, I mean we have those hidden gems but sometimes you really have to look hard for those, aside from that, well things...

Your Thoughts: The Muppets on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon"

Yeah. You can tell they had that in mind. Of course they did switch some things around putting Pepe in place of Waldorf and Statler and Rizzo was in the place of Bunsen and Beaker. Or was it the other way around. It's hard to keep track. Plus I don't think Fozzie forgot his line on the John...

Steve Whitmire Lecture/Workshop at the Center for Puppetry Arts

That would be cool. Thanks, Barry.

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 40

Yeah. It seems like the principal stars this season are Elmo, Murray and Abby. Though Rosita has shown up quite a bit. BTW, did anyone ever try Gordon's experiment from the rainbow ep? If someone could get me a list of step-by-step instructions, I might give that a try.

    Olivia & Elmo

Well, Gonzoleaper, in response to your post, that was the Richard Hunt, Elmo. Definitely not the Elmo of today.

Steve Whitmire Lecture/Workshop at the Center for Puppetry Arts

How about heading down to Bloomsburg, PA, Steve. The University has hosted many famous celebrities. You'd fit in there.

Mr. Johnson always complains about Grover's service...

Yeah. It is weird. I wanted to get a shake at McDonald's yesterday. They had an ad for an arctic orange shake, but they were all out. Then they suggested I try an egg nog shake, but then they told me they were out of shakes in general. Sounds like a couple of Grover's working there...

    Olivia & Elmo

Here's something I'm wondering about. This crossed my mind after the unfortunate passing of Aliana Reed Hall, has Olivia ever interacted with Elmo? It does seem like she was phasing out when he was phasing in. Have they ever been seen together. I thought I saw Olivia talking to Elmo in at...

    Sesame Street signature songs

Yeah. He sang it in the 2000s as well in 'The Street We Live on Special.'

Your Thoughts: Miss Piggy on The Wendy Williams Show

Okay. I missed it. Obviously my cable is screwed up and I ended up taping something on a different channel. I'll check out Beau's clip, but if someone could post the entire segment, that would be great. Thanks.

TV Alert: It's a Very Merry Muppet Christrmas reairs December 20

How come people will respond here, but no one responded when I mentioned the airing of MTM in the Northeast PA region? :concern: I feel so invisible tonight.

    Original Elmo Voices?

I think I remember hearing the Brian Muehl Elmo in the "Me Cladius" sketch on You Tube. I'm not sure whether or not it's still up there. You know how they are with taking these videos down. Lol.

    Ernie & Prairie Dawn

Well, Cookie and Prarie aren't even the same species so that might complicate things. I never really thought about the Bert and Betty Lou; Prarie and Ernie relationships. It seems like these days you don't see a lot of interaction between those characters especially Betty Lou since she's...

    Season 40 Hidden Gems

Maybe you should tell the people at SW about your dreams and maybe they'll use that one for real some time. :)

    I miss the real Kermit

I see what you mean. For instance, suppose Kermit had hosted 'Muppets Tonight!' rather than Clifford. We might have seen more of that with Steve's Kermit. Though there were examples when Steve's Kermit did fly off the handle. The best examples I can think of were in "Treasure Island" and VMCM.
