Really good story. I could picture Harvey being a recurring character on a version of the show targeting at adults, unless he's too busy playing Foozball at the Slicery with Sabrina. Oops. Wrong Harvey. Lol.
Well, that's okay. I mean each season of the current SS has a theme. That could be a theme for a version of SS targeting at adults, seasons focused on adult issues like improving your memory. Lol. I often think I could use that myself.
Yeah. I think I know what you mean. When I think about it Grover has been regaining popularity even before the issue with Kevin came up, so maybe I'm wrong. Like I said that was sort of just something I had in mind.
Well, like I said with Elmo being without a puppeteer now, they may want to phase him out (well, not completely I mean, just until they figure out what to do about the situation), they may want to bring the focus back on the other characters. Just a thought I had on that.
Yeah. That's the...
Oh, I was thinking about the one where Gordon forgets to grade his papers. I was thinking that may have been a bit out of character for him. I was thinking that may work better if he were to have Grover or someone do the job for him for whatever reason with disastrous results, but I'll...
I agree. It's nice that he's doing more than just Bert, Grover and CM these days.
Yeah. I thought Abby Cadaby would appear there as well, but I guess in that case it would be "Dowtown Abby." No E.
Good story. I was thinking that could be done today with maybe Abby in Mumford's place, but I know we're using classic characters here, so it works out. Maybe you could post some more fan fics of other episodes you mentioned. That would be neat.
I'm glad we updated this thread, because I don't think I've seen minor muppetz post last year. If I did I forgot. (Imitates Frogetful) Uh hee. That would be interesting to have that really happen. I don't think that would be too much of a stretch if they kept it G-rated and made it more...
Yeah. I think it seems like they've written themselves into a corner by making Telly best friends with Baby Bear. There's not really much they can do with the Telly/Oscar pairing these days.
Well, that's understandable considering Oscar's not a full-body Muppet like Big Bird, so he doesn't have to wear the costume and everything. I am sort of wondering if they shouldn't train someone else to do BB and even Oscar since Matt is now doing Jerry's characters. After all, the majority...
I agree. It's always good to have some Grover moments especially in a street scene. That's why it's a good thing to have Eric working with him when Frank isn't available. I'm sort of thinking that now that Kevin's gone, if they can have Elmo take more of a back seat and focus more on Cookie and...
Well, if you put them up before, maybe you could try again and add a disclaimer saying that you don't own the characters or something like that. That usually stops these videos from being delteted. At least that's what I heard.
Yeah. They can't really use a prerecorded voice for a live event. I thought it was established that Matt Vogel was voicing him now. Anyway, I'll check out that link.
Well, I guess they're still looking for a new Elmo voice, so if you can do him as well, that would be something to look into.
As for me. I'm 'rully' good with Janice and I can do Marty's character's Snuffy and Telly. Bert and Ernie are relatively easy. The ones with scratchy voices...
Hi. I'm wondering if someone could help me. I was watching the New Mexico episodes on You Tube, but those videos have been removed. Does anyone know if these are online anywhere else? If anyone can help me on this let me know. This is quite a disappointment. I was really enjoying these eps.
Yeah. The more I think about it, the more I think you're right. After all, even when Henson was alive, scenes with Ernie will still limited to inserts because Henson was doing more work with the non-SS Muppets, so this whole concept is nothing new. Now I'm sort of starting to agree that Steve...
