    The Chipmunks

They don't look too bad, actually. I'm sure that things could go either way in animated form. I actually dig the cross breading between the 90's version and the movie versions of the characters. Hopefully we'll get the show soon in due time. Too bad the Hub's gonna be gone. That seems like...

Behold... the New Teen Titans Cartoon...

I've got to admit... Cyborg's Meat Sweats was the funniest thing I've seen on the show for a while. And it's that special kind of funny that it's not funny right away, but it comes into your head at an inappropriate time and it becomes painfully stupid funny. Funny thing is, fans of the show...

    The 10 Worst Muppets?

Her... her cry. I've been bludgeoning that one a lot lately, but seriously, I don't think I've ever seen a Sesame Street episode that annoyingly bad let alone a character. Even Rodeo Rosie wasn't that obnoxious.

    Galavant "Thoughts"

Seinfeld was a special show. They tried to recreate that feeling the second it became a hit. Only thing I can say is close to that series is Larry David's Curb your Enthusiasm (which I have to admit, I actually like better). The stand up comedian getting his own series thing died out in the...

    The Chipmunks

Yeah. It was advanced at the time, and was moreso advanced than, say, Beast Wars. The technology is there, but it's never going to be quite as powerful as movies are. Jimmy Neutron looked great in its day, but doesn't hold up with the Dreamworks shows or TMNT. And said Dreamworks shows are...

Yeah. I blanked that one from my mind because the key word is Rob Schneider.

Sesame Street Season 45 Episode 4508 - Ernie’s Dance Video

Most of them, but Mando was the only one that had a line of dialogue.

Sesame Street Season 45 Episode 4508 - Ernie’s Dance Video

It's great to see Ernie and Bert in a main story for the second time this season. Billy's Ernie sounds better this time. I'd say it sounds somewhere in between Steve and Jim. And a classic Ernie and Bert set up, Bert not wanting to dance until Ernie finally eggs him on. Suffy and Big Bird...

Frute Brute and Yummy Mummy coming back

I honestly didn't see the Monster Cereals at grocery stores until halfway through the month last year. Target had their shipment since mid-September last year, though they just got it a few weeks ago. Maybe it's just getting a little slower this year or something? I'm sure Target gets a first...

Sesame Street Season 45 Episode 4507 - A Bicycle Built by Two

Seems like they reused them anyway. Like they just did one long CGI backdrop animation and they plan on using that for a few episodes anyway. It actually was a bit less jarring here. I still say the Ernie and Bert bike episode was rushed out. Ernie being redubbed by the same performer...

    The Chipmunks

CGI costs a crapload of money, actually. And I have yet to see what this Chipmunks show looks like, but I've been watching Jimmy Neutron lately. No matter what anyone thinks of current CGI cartoons, we've come quite a way from that. There really seemed to be a lack of gravity (characters...

    Galavant "Thoughts"

The minority show ghetto is a heck of a thing. There's a lot of great shows we just lost because there because it somehow it scares white people off. I'm glad that this show is coming into its own. It has a strong night of programming to back it up. No "Back in the Game" or "Better with You"...

    The 10 Worst Muppets?

Worst Muppet? That's easy... Number 15 from "Fifteen's Quincenera" (can't do the ~ over the N). If you ever wanted to watch a Muppet cry like a spoiled brat for 15 minutes, that episode's your chance.

IDW reveals new Jem comics series

In their line up of several Transformers titles, G.I. Joe and two MLP FIM comics, (oh yeah.. that Petshop thing too) IDW has another Hasbro cartoon/toy property finally coming to comics. Just revealed at New York Comic-Con All well and good. But how about a Mr. Potatohead series?

Frute Brute and Yummy Mummy coming back

Target gets them in first as part of their overall Halloween merchandising. Just got a box last week. If any place has it, they do. Also Chocula cereal bars and Frankenberry and Boo Berry Fruit Rollups. Target has shelves of them. I just didn't see them at grocery stores yet, and they...

Frute Brute and Yummy Mummy coming back

They only have the core three flavors. I'm pretty disappointed. If you're looking for them try Target. I've only seen them there and CVS, if you want to spend a buck more for frankly better looking boxes. It's a real tease they only released the standard ones this year.

Weekly Box Office and Film Discussion Thread

Yeah. Them, Marvel, and the toy companies supposedly were the ones behind the third movie being awful as well. I swear the film makers purposely sabotaged the script and along with the actors purposely priced themselves out because they know Spider-Man 4 would have been outrageously awful...

    Thoughts on sponsors

Most of them are a little less hard sell. They still have commercially ones, but nothing that actually tells you to buy a product. I still think shorter sponsor announcements should be required. They take a good minute off the beginning and ending of the show. I do like how the new Chuck E...

Ghostbusters 3 finally on the way? You decide!

I'm willing to accept the fact that no matter what they do, no one's going to be happy with it. But what I'm annoyed by is the fact the fans wanted a GB3 so bad that they continuously egged everybody on, even though they wouldn't have been happy with the result. I'm glad the video game was...

    Thoughts on sponsors

I've had things that were at least brand quality. Sometimes slightly better. But Frosted Flakes is something no one but Kelloggs does right. And believe me, I've tried several store brands of that and they all taste awful. That seems to be the one specific thing that they can't get right...
