Well, just our luck, I'd assume that Alexander and the Unremarkable, Overwrought, Cliche-ridden Raucous Family Comedy made a bundle over the weekend, and five sequels will be planned while Disney sits on the Muppets for failing to make a 100 million dollars opening second.
Cue Debbie Downer music.
No time's a good time for another show. TV is too volatile now, and there's no good place to put it. If it's kept in the Disney Family, it won't fit in with ABC's programming, The Disney Channel's terrible tween coms, ABC Family's terrible teen dramas...
That's because the writers knew that they'd only be allowed 3 seasons, and made sure to wrap everything up. Something they never could do with the American G1 series or TFA.
Anyway, happier news...
the product line has been released... and it's been confirmed that Grimlock will be the...
I've only seen the "Don't eat the Guest" episode, but I feel this is a great direction for Sesame Street, even though it's international. There's a perfect level of goofiness and wackiness that's on the level of Crumby Pictures, and somehow, their writing for Elmo is better than some of the...
CN's in a good place, as long as you consider their current cartoon line up. Johnny Test isn't even on the network anymore, so that's something. But their programming is far from diverse, they don't air any outside programs except maybe Total Drama Island after way too early in the morning...
It also still states that the Dark Crystal sequel is happening instead of being completely dead in the water as anything but a comic book.
Oh, someone does have the rights to the Fraggle Rock Movie. They just preceded to sit the heck on the license!
Yeah. Henson can NOT get a project off...
This is off topic and all, but I honestly don't see how a bunch of bland nature and career oriented shows (while not confirmed, it's the most likely thing they'd throw on the network) are going to get this network the ratings it wants. Rerunning 80's programs was the appeal of The Hub, along...
Yeah, but they're trading accessibility for dependability. When they have to shove perennial hit Pokemon at 7:30 in the morning, you know something's wrong. This will fit in quite nicely with CN's hypocritical "only toy line shows, but only toylines of our shows" mentality. They don't want...
Anyone ready for terrible news? Robots in Disguise will now air on the "Holy crap, do we hate action programming Channel" also known as CN. EVEN though Discovery Family still will air other Hasbro shows, Hasbro decided it was a good idea to let a network that Thundercats, Beware the Batman...
YAY! I can't wait for them to run all the episodes at 6 Am to get rid of them because it isn't Teen Titans Go! Just like Lego Chima, Ben 10, and all the other action shows they desperately don't want.
*^% You Discovery channel. I hope your ratings sink even lower now!
I don't think anyone has anything to gain about false info on a substandard movie, but I'll take it with a grain of salt. Best I can gather is that they were attached to produce, the film went somewhere else, but they already gave money to its production. Someone's gotta see this movie and...
Here's a clip of the French version of Fat Albert (known as Bonjour Albert for some reason) that replaces Bill Cosby with a local celebrity known as Carlos (if you ever saw the Saban cartoon "Around the world in 80 Dreams," that's him). Also a commercial for the French dub of Diff'rnt Strokes.
Yeah, but Jane and the Dragon has a stiffness to it. It suffered from quite a bit of Uncanny Valley on human characters too. I love the storybook illustration details and shading though.
It's just weird that when CGI cartoons are stylized and have squash and stretch to them, some find it...
Yeah. The D- Dance. I can't believe they actually showed the D-Dance. Sure, it fits with the concept of the episode and the letter D tie in... but that was made 5 years ago. Even then, it was near the end of the iPod commercial's relevance. Do they even make those anymore? They only...
Steve's probably the only good thing about this movie. At least he looks like he's enjoying himself. But the fact that they essentially took a kid's book about something completely different and made it into a movie that has nothing to do with the original book. In fact, Alexander looks a...
The Hub basically only gets good ratings for MLP and Transformers shows. Somehow, that means while Hasbro shows will still be on the network (and hopefully it won't affect Robots in Disguise... I don't trust CN after what they did to TFA), somehow... a network that never got good ratings or...
Finally! The Batman movie we were waiting for and it has nothing to do with Ben Afleck!
Of course, I'm referring to a certain version of the character who has lots of money and that makes everything a little better. Yes. A Lego Batman movie spinoff. probably might even take the spot the Lego...
I dunno, but it's a moot point. Discotek is supposedly going to release the whole series at some point. I do remember Robosauras Park being released on VHS... I don't think they ever got to the second season episodes, though. Only 3 VHS were produced, all season 1. Just checked it out for...
