Major Changes in store for Sesame Street Season 46

Still doesn't really tell us anything. Heck, I'm waiting for the new Furchester Hotel eps to show up on You Tube. I don't think an airdate's been set yet for that either.

The Muppets Episode 4 - Pig Out

Yeah. Definitely. Robin needs some airtime on this show. He hasn't been around much since Jerry's passing, so it would be nice to see what Matt can do with him. Fozzie taking Robin trick-or-treating might be an interesting idea too. Reminds me of that Family Matters episode where Waldo took...

The Muppets Episode 4 - Pig Out

Yeah. I think you're right there. A lot of eps have two to three plots which they seem to have to rush to resolve. Most sitcoms do just have A and B plots which seem to work out much better. I liked Ladywarrior's comment on IVAMICMUM or whatever as well, again Piggy admitting that she loved...

The Muppets Episode 4 - Pig Out

Yeah. I know what you mean. The show seems to have multiple plots and it's hard to fit everything in the half hour format. This seemed to work on varitey shows. But on this type of show, the conflict resolution often feels rushed. Maybe they should have made the show an hour long or...

The Muppets Episode 4 - Pig Out

I'm going to have to disagree there. Ever since "The Muppet Show" days, Kermit was good matured, but when the other Muppets got out of line, he had to do what it took to keep them under control even if it meant losing his cool every once in a while. Just think of how you would feel if you were...

    Speculations for ABC's The Muppets

Yeah. I noticed that in last night's episode. I don't know with so many Muppet couples being broken up on this series, it wouldn't surprise me to find that :sing: and :flirt: are no longer together either. You never know.

The Muppets Episode 2 - Hostile Makeover

Okay. Well, there we go. Maybe he could return and write some episodes for this series. Just a thought.

The Muppets Episode 2 - Hostile Makeover

Okay. I don't know who either of those guys are and I probably should being a Muppet fan and all. Lol.

The Muppets Episode 2 - Hostile Makeover

Yeah. Hopefully they won't cancel before Kermit and Miss Piggy get back together, if that does happen. Yeah. That seems to be working with "Full House." Though Disney picked up MT! for it's second season as well, so that may be in the cards. Still it would be nice to keep in on a regular...

Major Changes in store for Sesame Street Season 46

Yeah. I was a 1980 baby so CEOSS in where my most famous memory of Mr. Harold Hooper lies. Yeah. I was a bit freaked out when I found out that Gordon was recast and that was when the show was in its early days. I'm glad that didn't happen too often. Yeah. You're right. I never thought...

Major Changes in store for Sesame Street Season 46

Yeah. My niece and nephew might know since I know they've seen earlier "Sesame Street" material like "Christmas Eve on Sesame Street" and "Follow that Bird" and things like that. But a lot of kids may not know that the show of today isn't the same show that it was in the 80s or even early 90s.

The Muppets Episode 2 - Hostile Makeover

 "And because I love you all like cousins I've been known to keep in touch with, I'm dedicating my performance to all of you."

Major Changes in store for Sesame Street Season 46

It's sad when you think about it. When I watched the show when I was younger we had Maria, Luis, Susan, Gordon, Bob and Linda. Now people are growing up with Nina, Leela, Mando, Chris and Alan. Seems like kids today may not even know who the first group of people I mentioned are.

The Muppets Episode 2 - Hostile Makeover

Maybe Alice did perform her in the first episode. Some shows do have different actors or VAs in pilot episodes than in the rest of the series. So it's possible it could have been both of them who performed her.

TV Alert: The Muppets on Dancing with the Stars Monday September 28, 2015

I kind of agree with D'Snowth there. It could be only coincidental that the Muppets got the shaft on two Tom Bergeron shows it doesn't mean Tom himself had anything to do with it. I mean look at how often the Muppets were on "Hollywood Squares." No big issues there. (Okay, maybe contestants...

The Muppets Episode 2 - Hostile Makeover

I was thinking of it as more of a symptom of kleptomania or sort of somewhere along those lines.

The Muppets Episode 2 - Hostile Makeover

I agree there. You would think there was a friendship blossoming between the two of them and it seemed like there was up to that point, but I guess they wanted to go with a comedic twist on that one. But, oh well, he'll always have Kermit. Well, maybe she just wasn't around. I mean not all...

TV Alert: The Muppets on Dancing with the Stars Monday September 28, 2015

Yeah. That was a big disappointment. It was only brief appearances by the Muppets. If I had known that, I may not have sat through the whole thing. Well you know the old saying: Rats.

The Muppets Episode 1 - Pig Girls Don't Cry (Pilot)

Yeah. Dave's good with Janice's 'fer sure's,' but the voice just doesn't sound quite like Richards. Heck, his sounds a bit more like Erin Ozner. Oh, well. He hasn't been doing the characters for very long. He should get better with time. After all, Steve's Kermit was kind of weak as well...

The Muppets Episode 1 - Pig Girls Don't Cry (Pilot)

Yeah. I've been thinking about that recently as well. Seems like Eric has trouble getting Fozzie out of the first season. He really needs to make his voice, a little more like Bert. Though, I thought his Fozzie voice was really good in IVAMCMM. It's okay, Lady. Dwayne's a good guy. But...
