Could have said it better. Loved the storyline, the shots of the control room(Carl never looked so good, and I dig that new Muppet director) Definite MT meets JHH meets even something new.
This but but a prelude to the glorious rennaissance/real comeback weve been waiting two decades for...
Man what a nice surprise this was. This is how I always imagined a "new" Muppet show. Hip, live, in an open time square sort of studio(like Total Request Live MTV), with segments on the street and even some improv. I loved how from beginning to end, it felt like it's own Muppet show complete...
MSNBC has just put up the whole half hour Muppet Takeover(and boy is it a takeover!) in high quality!

Hey Cindy, I remember when you and Phil got married:)
@Luke; you know it truly seems like it was yesterday I first happened upon Muppet Central on my college computer.
I remember how excited we were that Muppets From Space was being filmed, and some of those guys would pop on the chatroom...
It was exactly 10 years ago this week that I started reading Muppet Central and joined the forums(the old Delphi forums before the April 2002 current ones)
And the one dream we all had, was the glorious return of the Muppets. A full on Muppet renaissance the likes of which had not been seen...
The Muppets out in public...be it interviewing cows, or random people on the street, has always been my favorite.
People are discovering that youtube is one of the fastest, and best ways to generate millions of people to see a product...so the team behind these youtube videos should put out...
I personally love the Disney Adventure's Muppet style(including Fozzie), but yeah...Frith's work is just magical. Can't wait to see scans of this new Muppet comic series
(and yeah, aren't short previews usually free, not $5? hmmm)
Man I just saw this news on Aint it Cool. They have made this their top headline news, and gave a wonderful tribute in words:

His love and determination of opening doors for the Muppets cannot be understated...and I can only imagine how our own Luke must...
Nothing like seeing and interacting with a Muppet and their performer in person! And thankfully in the last 7 years we've seen more and more of this oppurtunity.
Yeah that's pretty odd to release volume special edition sets, but then release the final set as an all encompassing package that already has the sets.
The cheap person I am, I never even got the volume sets, just a couple of the stand alone dvds when they were released(yay for animated...
Legally, this would be correct. However for all of us(or most of us?); the Muppet show characters, Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock,
Bear in the Big Blue House, ect are ALL Muppets(tm)
I even consider Puppet Up and the Henson alternative brand; as well as the upcoming Pajanimals, the 2002 series...
Interesting how not one picture of these things from Toy Fair 08' appeared online in any form:)
Chances are the FR license will be given to companies who can make actual FR figures and cool merchandise. Remember the Sababa 2003 era? I LOVED their Doozer figurines and plushes.
Good find! There's also

So surreal yet insanely awesome to see Red Fraggle after...what's it been since we last saw her...18 years? Last Fraggle character footage I recall was...
Who cares if it is a full episode? Thank GOODNESS the full episode of Puppet Up Uncencored, Unedited Muppet Family Xmas, etc is on video google and ebay(along with Muppet Show Live from 2001)
Given the viral marketing on youtube seems to be working, it seems like people behind the Muppets both at Disney and as consultants are finally using their noggin.
My local theatre just had the Muppets Take Manhattan on three seperate screens for two days straight, all to packed...
And the Muppet news just keeps on pouring in. I'm curious to see how that Studio DC thing turns out as well
Pretty lame cover(no actual art), but I no doubt can't wait to get my paws on this preview issue. Cool how comic con also will have a Fraggle special with Prell and Goelz.
I don't believe it's illegal to have Muppet clips on youtube, given there's a bajillion of em on youtube. Did you mean Muppet clips edited to be inappropriate?
It'd be even cooler if S&W made specific responses to the video they're spose to be responding too
How many gosh awful Sonic...
