Ugh, I couldn't watch more than a few seconds of that youtube party footage...what with the endless "chugga chugga" music, fake breasts/lips galore, epileptic flashing cameras and general TMZ.com celebrity worship. *really dislikes TMZ/ET/celebrity worship culture*
Actually, given who knows when we'll ever see the "movie",
it would have been way cooler to have this short.
Ugh...so depressing...to think we were literally days away from having the FIRST official Fraggle Rock sketch in 22 years or so.
I wonder, what "legalities"...lame.
They should...
Very unexpected and cool. 1988 alone is one of my absolute favorite years(I was 10) so this brings back great memory.
I was way to poor to afford cable in the 80's, let alone HBO...so while I only got to see a few episodes of Fraggle Rock; my huge fandom was kept going by reading the books at...
Wow, a whole Fraggle event? Sweeet....
http://coryscuriosities.blogspot.com/
Wonder if there were any real hardcore fans there, besides prell and JHC staff there however.
Now, this is good...second time we've seen Red in the modern era next to last year's San Diego Comic Con...so thar be...
I'm surprised I never figured this one out before...but for those of you who don't like the lag slow time of Muppets.com nor the inability to pause or easily navigate the videos...nor able to find all the hidden videos; here is a MUCH better way to view the videos...
I think he may be performed a bit differently than Bobo, although I'm not sure.
I just have this really strong feeling BMC could be a cult hit breakaway character like Beaker and Swedish Chef with enough marketing. While I'm happy we got a Doglion figure, I would absolutely love to see a...
Haha, Showbiz Forum reprasentin'^___^
I'm glad *something* Bear related exists in some capacity...I just can't believe what an opportunity Disney is squandering with shelving all Bear in the Big Blue House related projects.
Is it me or is there some sort of re-occurring theme going on between the Muppets and 30 Rock?
First I saw a great spoof of 30 Rock on Sesame Street:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vxv7qi3BJI
But then I started noticing a number of scenes here or there
on 30 rock where some of the...
Ack, I guess Im a bit late in this thread.
Anyway you could reupload Muppets At Walt Disney World And Muppets Celebrate Jim Henson?
Maybe to megaupload or a fileshare site if you can't host it?
If not...anyone who nabbed it able to put it online?
Is it me, or did this cinematic wise look like it was out of a movie?
Disney is sure going all out with the style of these new youtube music videos.
By the way folks... http://keepvid.com/ is your friend:)
Whoah...I LOVE a lot of the parodies.
Codependence Day? The skit spoofing Devo and Nine Inch Nails?
Seinfeld Babies? Heck, Kermit doing a full length cover of Talking Head's "Once in a Lifetime" is one of the most visionary things I've seen from the Muppets. Yeah, a lot of the first season...
Aw, one cannot argue such a tersely worded inference, however...I do believe it was Carl Jung in his 1962 book "Memories Dreams Reflections" where he opined "As far as we can discern, the sole purpose of human existence is to kindle a light in the darkness of mere being." If one were to give an...
It's just too much. I swear, even collectible Sesame 40th annv stuff has to have Elmo on the front of the package and back, in case anyone forgot that Elmo is the be all end all of Sesame Street.
From a psychological standpoint, I cannot understand how kids could possibly find anything to...
Oh I LOVE Clifford. All the way back to his shining roles in Muppet Television(JHH) and Muppets @ WDW. When they announced(then "Muppets Live", later Muppets Tonight) he would be the host of the new Muppet show I was thrilled.
I wish Clash would go back do doing Clifford or make up some cool...
