Yep, no need for guys to be responsible here. It's all the sexy lady's fault for not being able to keep it in your pants, which is the same type of logic plaguing a lot of Middle Eastern countries that...
I hate to bump another ancient thread, but I thought this was important to share.
It seems like the deck is stacked against ethnic minorities when it comes to college in America, no matter how brilliant they may be. Apparently, it all has to do with something called "social capital", whatever...
I'm sorry, but the last thing I want is for schools across America to be turned into fortresses or prisons, or even more like them. As tragic as that event was, they're rarer than we think, but thanks to our 24 hour news culture, we know them all too well. What we need to do is not ignore...
The funny thing is, "fanny" is also British slang for a woman's you-know-what, so wearing them in front kinda makes sense. They're called "bum bags" over there for obvious reasons, too. :D
This seems promising, not only for having Abby's parents already divorced, but for giving her more of an opportunity to emote and be treated as a character like how Elmo should be.
I just came across this via Wikipedia:

Here's the test animation, for those who are curious.
Pretty darn impressive how close he looks to the hand-drawn style, especially considering this is from 1998. I really hope they stick with this style for the final movie.
Unfortunately for the old-school fans, it's way too much of an institution to cancel. Like other long-runners such as SNL and Power Rangers/Super Sentai, it will always have a continuously changing cast and will continue to find new audiences regardless.
Apparently, one of the reasons why Lucas sold his company was due to capital gains taxes or something.

You mean ActiMates, right? They're was something that actually came before that called TV Teddy, which is pretty much the spiritual successor to Teddy Ruxpin.
Is it just me, or is that Kath Soucie (Phil and Lil from Rugrats) voicing him?
I'm glad it wound up on PBS in the end. Imagine...
I see that this show has gotten higher ratings than Disney's tweencoms, even in its own target demographic! Could there be some hope that kids 6-11 are starting to watch cartoons more often?
It was a pretty nice parade, despite the heavy emphasis on flavor-of-the-month pop stars. The song sung by the SS cast definitely takes on a whole new meaning since Kevin Clash's departure, too.
