Sesame Street Season 50 Episode 5025 - A Very Special Fiesta

Fine, I guess. With no long middle segment, they allow the street plot to go a smidge longer. Felt a little like plots from the olden days. And it is never not nice to see Gladys. And surprise appearance by Abelardo! Interesting they redid the vocals for "Spanish Me, English Me" (99% sure...

Question about 1970s Cookie Monster sketch

Sketch in question: It seems clear to me that Frank is simply moving backwards, which it makes it look like he's shrinking. Then they just gave him a large cookie prop.

They might not have that much life in 'em, or they're late bloomers.

    Female Muppets

And it took them nearly 20 years for them to actually start doing things actively with Prairie Dawn instead of "maybe a sketch each season."

Unearthing previously "lost" Sesame Street episodes

What's ZALL? Find out here! https://muppet.fandom.com/wiki/Episode_2021 I definitely recall seeing the "hidden Grouches" scene with Oscar and Telly on Plaza Sesamo many moons ago.

Video: Kermit Sings "Rainbow Connection" during social distancing

The puppet looks much better than the one they've been using for other recent stuff.

Sesame Street on CNN Town Hall Saturday April 25, 2020

Sheesh, why'd they even bother sending Peter an Ernie puppet if they're not gonna use him for anything.

Sesame Street Season 50 Episode 5024 - Dog Day Engineers

I know they've done recycled scripts in the past, but the "Rocking Rollie" episode was only three years or so ago. Why not just repeat the episode instead of shooting a new thing to the same script? Interesting that they kept the continuity of Zoe's broken arm; didn't expect that. Maybe it'll...

Technically, one of those was a repeated scene from his debut.

I'm not quite looking forward to that one very much.

PBS updates daytime TV lineup for students learning at home during COVID-19 crisis

I believe many, if not all, PBS stations have kind of reoriented their schedules to accommodate the stay-at-home-ness. So certain shows are now at certain times of the day because that's when that particular age group would be watching or something along those lines.

Episodes that may have to be cancelled, or wouldn't be appropriate to show in these times

I mean, by that logic, they all shouldn't air because they involve the characters hanging out outside their homes at all times.

    Mr. Hooper's Last episode

No episodes were taped that week, according to our documents. We don't really have dates for inserts taped back then, so...maybe? But it doesn't seem likely. That was Thanksgiving week that year, so if they weren't shooting any episodes that week, I'd imagine they had the week off and did the...
