I definitely recall seeing the "hidden Grouches" scene with Oscar and Telly on Plaza Sesamo many moons ago.
I know they've done recycled scripts in the past, but the "Rocking Rollie" episode was only three years or so ago. Why not just repeat the episode instead of shooting a new thing to the same script?

I believe many, if not all, PBS stations have kind of reoriented their schedules to accommodate the stay-at-home-ness. So certain shows are now at certain times of the day because that's when that particular age group would be watching or something along those lines.
No episodes were taped that week, according to our documents. We don't really have dates for inserts taped back then, so...maybe? But it doesn't seem likely.
