Well, Rowdy finally tackled Brickleberry, the show that's pretty much South Park with nothing clever or intriguing about it. I only saw the 1st episode myself before Rowdy looked at it, and I am not compelled to watch the rest of the show... which is now been renewed for a 3rd season. :boo...
Ellen was certainly entertaining in her interactions with the audience, ordering pizza for them all and even breaking Twitter with all those tweets. And it's great that the musical performances remained intact yet again. :)

It was either that or ParaNorman that I hoped would win. But as somewhat disappointing as Brave was, at least it wasn't as bad as Happy Feet getting the award.
The strip has been in a semi-zombie state for quite a while; Jim Davis still contributes scripts and manages his company as a whole, but other people work on the writing and illustrations.
That latest one, Happiness is a Warm Blanket, sounds pretty good. I mean, it was written by the creator of Pearls Before Swine, and it uniquely uses the art style of the early '60s strips.
Alex Hirsch has recently been teasing us about a possible game adaptation.
