But this is the Muppet Show bust series and Link had a lot of exposure and musical numbes of his own on TMS. However, I do agree with you. He's the one I would have cut for Floyd. :sing:
Sam does have a magnet in his hat. They've hidden it well. Link and Strangepork don't have hats. Rizzo doesn't need a magnet. The grip on the hat is strong enough without it.
This is certainly a place where you can share that kind of personal information. I can't give you much help in that area but you have my prayers and support.
The issue about the action figures was that you made the grievance in the wrong place. The store where you purchased the item will be...
Even though I like the Hoobs, they're not aired in America so do not have the Muppet or Bear status. Can't count that really (but I do feel they are hooby groovy).
I have to disagree about the babies. Everyone knows my dislike for the cartoon show and over saturation of products so I say this...
Gonzo is more my fave Muppet, but I like Scooter almost as much and he better represents my personality on the board. I changed it in honor of Dave's birthday, but will probably keep it for a while. ;) :concern:
I'd think the Animal hands would push right back in. They are mushroom pins...
To be honest, Muppet Babies are wildly popular with people. More than Fraggles. I'd rather see Fraggle products, but it would be a harder sell. I still think they'd move a lot of product, but not like the babies would.
It's important for the Henson Company to promote all of their main...
The main difference between Sideshow and Palisades is that a bust costs 60 dollars each. A figure is 8 or 9. They have had a year and a half to perfect Fozzie and Piggy, but haven't. Nobody has to buy them, but I prefer to have a complete set. They are very cool items. It just seems to me that...
Oooh. Teeth looks fantastic :D Much better shot. But could the guy taking the pics get any futher away? LOL! I wanna see close ups! You'd think someone would get a little closer to some of them.
:halo: Still disturbed about Animal's arm. There's no real judgement we can make on Piggy yet...
Yeah, that proto Piggy face is perfect, however it appears that it didn't get approved. It's hard to tell from the group photo, but I think the face has been changed and will look more like the series 1 EB Piggy. Not bad, but not nearly as good as the original proto bust.
My seires 6 list...
I've been really pleased with Rowlf, Sam and Gonzo. The rest are just okay.
What in the world did they do to Piggy? What's with the Tweety Bird yellow hair? Maybe it was a Henson instruction. Who knows? Either way it is a terrible choice. The first bust was excellent. This one looks pretty...
I got all of mine a few weeks ago. Not jazzed about them. Janice is cool. Chef it good too, but Scooter and Link leave a lot to be desired. It's a C level wave IMHO.
Still, I'm happy to own them. If there weren't such perfectly priced competition from Palisades I probably wouldn't be as hard...
Those were cute stores too. I didn't like that they only had SS stuff but understand why. I generally spend my cash on TMS stuff. That Oscar was spectacular! They sold one on Ebay a few years ago. It inspired me to make my own Oscar garbage can out of plywood. I need to take a picture of that...
Robin will probably make it later on. Ken has expressed interest in making him and he is a major character. If they made Lew and Puppet Jim, you can count on Robin. :)
Be proactive. Instead of complaining in a thread that the interested parties will probably never see you should take matters into your own hands.
First, contact the place where you bought the items and ask to exchange them. If that doesn't work, contact Palisades. They have a service set up...
Happy Birthday Mr. Goelz. Your work in particular has been a great inspiration to me. Thanks for all the happiness and joy you bring all of us!  :concern:
:) Yes, yes, yes! You have asked the question at the right place. Muppet Stuff was an excellent store that folded in the mid-late 80s. The official year was mentioned in a thread last year.
I first learned of Muppet Stuff from an ad in Muppet Magazine. My family took a trip to Manhattan in...
GonzosNoze
Fantastic avatar! :concern:
Yeah, the platinum hair gives her a little old lady look. Don't like it. The Muppet Profile trading cards from the mid-90s had to be the worst. Her profile card gave her this Barbara Bush look. Ugh. She's just not the right person for a diva to model...
