They’ll probably have to pay him off to do so. I wonder if they can get around that by citing gross mismanagement. And the question then becomes - who can fill his shoes? Eisner has so married his face to Disney's image just as Walt did. A management change is long overdue.
Disney loses the Muppets, runs ABC into the ground, fires its traditional hand drawn animation division and now has lost Pixar (the company that's been keeping them afloat). I see why Roy is so angry. And this is just the stuff we know about. I know Eisnter has a contract, but can't he be fired...
Everything on the forum is public so bringing such posts to our attention doesn't violate any confidence. We appreciate certain freedoms on Muppet Central and any bootlegged media could potentially jeopardize the forum. Not to mention that such actions outlined by Phillip are illegal under...
Hey, don't dis the prawn, okay. ;) LOL! I love Pepe. I think he and all of Barretta's characters are the best thing to happen to the Muppets in years. :flirt:
Muppet fans are a passionate bunch. It's easy to lose perspective and allow a meaningless argument to snowball into something much bigger. I wouldn't worry about it. Such is the way of online forums. You get some good eggs and some old stinky eggs in each of them. Such is life too on that point...
Well Clifford isn't my favorite Muppet, but he's definitely one of the best figures of the line so far. I think that's what people are voting for. :concern:
This is all great, but where the heck is Bin Laden? As for those who think this automatically gives Bush a second term might think back and remember the history of his father. He didn't get Saddam, but the US did win the Gulf War. A lot can happen in a year. The American public is notoriously...
Well all stores (even chanis) should be judged on their individual merit. Trust me on this. Some Targets have good customer service and are well stocked, others aren't. They tend to reflect the area they are in. If I ask for Muppets in a store one more time and have a employee say, "You mean...
Glad you like it. It's not the best idea to put her behind the graphic, and on the other side of the room you wouldn't be able to see her very well. But she isn't that hidden. It's just mildly unfortunate.
All murals and stained glass windows can be removed and will be. No worries. :excited:
I'm looking at it this way. You know - when kids grow up and move out parents are left with a terribly big empty house. There are many memories attached to it. It's a shame to sell it, but the parents...
I like Statler and Waldof  :boo: as a set. Right now they are positioned on my desk instead of my display. But if I had to go with a singular figure it would have to be Fozzie. :o I can't put him down.
Apparently these are to be out this spring. That means they should be ready very soon. My guess is that the release date has been pushed back to summer. I also don't think prototypes will be posted at such a conceptual phase. At least I hope that was a conceptual phase. :p
Cut for time. There's so much to cram into 210 minutes (3 1/2 hours). He'll be on the DVD. They somehow found closure for his character in the film. :concern:
That's precisely the point. The set itself has received few criticisms and I find that fantastic.
The packaging, on the other hand - though you can still see Piggy in the pack from head to toe if you look at it from numerous angles, it would be better if they'd move her to the left where you...
