Well I don't see this as being a hoax. I just wanna see something more close to the actual product before I start waiting for it. I'm rather annoyed that Piggy is just a straight up pose head. They did the same thing with the motor cycle figures and I was very disappointed.

It's probably a real product, but it is definitely photoshopped up a lot. And it looks to like the Piggy head is all photoshop, taken from the tilted head pic they like to replace old piggy heads with. Edit; looking at the pic they gave Fozzie a tail. Fozzie doesn't have a tail.
