Martin: Thank you Baba
Bill: Yes thank you.
Martin: We would like to say something to you Baba
Then Martin sings Happy birthday to you while Bill blows bubbles in time to the melody
Martin and Bill are just finishing a light snack of cheese sandwiches when I check the calendar.
Hey Bill. We were so engrossed in Muppets Tonight that we forgot it's Baba's birthday today.
Bill: Fancy that. We must go around and wish him happy birthday.
Martin: Yes we must.
We leave our room...
Yes it seemed such a natural pun on The Goodies theme song to use.
And I take it nailed is a figure of speech meaning in my second outline you think my Statler and Waldorf closing is perfect spot on as well
Bill and I have watched the first tape of Muppets Tonight.
Martin: This is very good Bill. It's a shame this show was so short-lived.
Bill: Yes I was disappointed Martin. I so enjoyed being on the show. Except for that time I told you about when Carl ate me of course.
But I can laugh about it...
I was a bit confused as to the season of this one at first.
With no cold opening I thought at first it was season one and first season muppets Wayne and George were mentioned. But then again you mentioned Annie Sue. And you say picture it around Elke Sommer and Wayne and George were sort of...
Excellent Princeton. I loved Muppet Labs the best. When Beaker's head explodes does his body walk around bumping into things.
Heh Heh Beaker one of the walking dead:eek:
It would be a good idea to turn some of your outlines into scripts. I'd like to one day do it myself if I get enough...
Pretty good.
Only thing I'd suggest if you plan to expand it out in more detail is if you want to include a Fozzie monologue Bill would be perfect to join him as a partner since he is a comedian himself. Maybe Bill so enjoyed singing the opening number with Fozzie that he wanted to share a...
That's a great picture lowercasegods.
Bluto looks so mad and Popeye is ready to make him even madder by thrashing the daylights out of him like he always does.
You're right. This is a very good chat topic. I hope people keep responding.
Popeye is excellent and that movie was wonderful Dee.
I was told that only Robin Williams was willing to play the sailor man. Everybody else who were offered the role said it wasn't their thing.
If there had ever been a sequel made I would have loved the Sea Hag to have played a part in the...
Well done minor muppetz
Did you envisage the nose as the muppet nose and the foot as the "real" foot from Sesame Street What's my part skits?
And are the hands "real" like the foot or muppet like the nose?
Well I've always just thought of Dr.Bob as a character played by Rowlf in that sketch series. It certainly sounds a lot better than Dr. Rowlf I think.
Perhaps they couldn't think of any alternative names for Piggy And Janice character roles.
But strangely enough Dr. Bob has occasionally been...
You certainly are correct about Ruth Buzzi. The panel discussion seemed completely out of place at the end especially since Ruth had just introduced Buffalo Herd as the closing of the show in the first place.
Perhaps Happy together and Koozebanian ritual would have worked better switched around...
Sgt.Floyd is right Sara. You didn't lie to us.
The definition of a lie is an untruth told deliberately with full knowledge of its falsehood. If you honestly believe something you say at the time then that's not lying.
And as you know we're all so full of joy for you dear Sara. And we will always...
muppetmonster I can't understand why I'm not hearing from you:confused:
I can only think that you must be somehow accidentally deleting my e-mails unread. I thought for a suggestion do you have google e-mail? Because if you do and if you also have google talk I can try chatting online with...
I'm sure our friendly moderator Fozzie will be understanding about the mistake Sara. He was certainly just as caring and concerned at heart as all the rest of us.:)
I'm grateful to God for the way things have turned out. But even if it had been true God still offers his love to all people...
Bill has framed his autographs of Muppet Labs duo and placed them on a side table.
I'm putting mine in a scrapbook.
Bill: Why don't we watch some Muppets Tonight on these old videotapes of mine Martin. Then you can see me in action blowing my bubble top.
We both laugh at his little joke and...
Well while posting is still available can I say Fozzie I sincerely hope that your friend is right.
If there's even a slight chance Sara's condition isn't AIDS after all I am hopeful for her.
Martin gets back to Bill in number 13 after knocking on Tutter fan's door in number 10.
Bill:Hi Martin. Did you get Bunsen and Beaker's autographs?
Martin: I sure did Bill. I got a spare copy of them for you as well.
Bill: Thanks. You sure were with them a long time.
Martin: Yeah we had lunch...
