Does anyone else find it strange that in Veterinarians Hospital Miss Piggy plays Nurse Piggy, Janice plays Nurse Janice, and yet Rowlf plays Dr. Bob? Almost thirty years later and I'm just now starting to wonder about this. Anyone out there have an explanation or perhaps find this as weird as I do?

Well I've always just thought of Dr.Bob as a character played by Rowlf in that sketch series. It certainly sounds a lot better than Dr. Rowlf I think.
Perhaps they couldn't think of any alternative names for Piggy And Janice character roles.

But strangely enough Dr. Bob has occasionally been spoken of as if he were a completely separate muppet from Rowlf.
One example I can think of is when they put on the play of Alice in Wonderland.
Fozzie was saying how terrible it was that Dr.Bob was trying to fix up Humpty Dumpty after he fell off his wall. Dr.Teeth said Isn't that good?
To which Fozzie replied With sausages and chips!

That's awesome. By the way, someone should write a fanfic parody using the title of this thread.
