Sigh. It only takes one jerk to spoil the party.
Very sorry to hear that Kathy.:sympathy:
Didn't anybody in authority even discipline him/her at all?:(
That's a real disadvantage Kiki. :(
I hope you will be able to borrow your dad's laptop soon. But every little post helps and we've made a few now in any case. ;):D
I think it could even have been used for a Muppets Tonight episode. Statler and Waldorf could easily have made their exchange of lines at the end in front of the television at the retirement home.:D
I've just about finished doing my current revisions of the Witch trilogy. Then I'll try to make an appointment to discuss them with my editor.
I'll keep you posted. :excited:
Welcome home Kathy.:)
Can I share some of that fruit being thrown at you please? I'm so hungry. Or better still. Are there any of those yummy cup-ee-cakes? :insatiable:
I am so delighted that your cruise went so enjoyably. :D
I have to admit I have a special soft spot for the way Sam the Eagle looked in The Sex and Violence Pilot and most of The Muppet Show Season One. I think it's those big bushy eyebrows. They really set him off so distinguishly.:attitude:
I've never been a member of Youtube so my only experience has been watching as a guest.
I must agree about the comments though. It's hard to follow them properly.
One thing that makes me laugh though. There is an option that allows you to watch the video in text only mode. I...
They won't change over to blu-ray overnight. Besides somebody said somewhere else that Muppet Show isn't really ideal for blu-ray because it was videotaped when it was filmed.
Well as far as I can tell this is the first time any character has pleaded not to be eaten by a monster in a muppet sketch Dwayne. So perhaps it does make it slightly more intense.
But on the whole I can see your point. It's still basically the same sort of dark things Henson sometimes used to...
Hmm. Maybe it was just beginning. Perhaps that's why there were 5 rabbits in Carl's stomach when he'd only eaten 4.
Statler and Waldorf stopped it too soon. I can just imagine Carl having dozens of bunny rabbits flying out of his mouth. I said earlier that I thought he might have bad...
As I remember Ed, Sara did indeed state when she first began the said story that it would not officially be a part of her Sadie's Stories saga. Though there are a few small brief references to the events of her epic Muppet masterpiece which tie it in by implication as a sequel of sorts. And it...
One person posted a comment at Youtube to say that perhaps it's the part where one bunny says "Please don't eat me. Don't do it." that makes it a bit too mean-spirited for children.:scary:
I must admit even I was affected by it at first. That's what particularly prompted my original...
That's very cool.
It starts off somewhat dark but the whole atmosphere is kind of relieved the way the characters Carl eats are depicted as unharmed inside him. I don't want to give away too much spoiler for those who perchance read the thread before watching the link.
Ah yes. That was a most imaginative episode. If listening to stories really could prolong life I'd be around for many millenia to come. I'm addicted to stories.:D
