Yes, this is in English. It's from an old non-Noggin episode of SS.

It was originally a PBS special that first aired in 1978, but it was never released on video until 1987. That's why it says that.

Hmm. Maybe I'll have to check it out sometime. I am often surprised on how many classic clips these things have on them. Check out the CD-Rom "Sesame Street: Numbers". It doesn't have Factory Countdown, but it sure does have a lot of wierd clips.
