I don't think it would confuse kids. Kids don't know that Mando and Leela aren't main characters anymore, it's not like three year olds will be reading the credits.
I don't think he sounds anything like Deadly(well maybe just a little if you listen very carefully),overall I think he sounds pretty close to Jerry,Jerry's voice is by no means easy to imitate. But then again,we don't usually hear Mr.Johnson sing,so it could just be that he was singing in a...
Yep,Susan is definitely in the credits. Also yes, this season was indeed filmed before Joey's departure, note that he plays one of the grouches on the Mucko Polo episode and plays one of the main characters on the Smart Cookies segment.
Speaking of Zoe,i'm hoping despite her demotion we'll still...

Yeah,Alan did sound pretty weird, even my five year old brother could tell something was off about his voice.
And yeah,Nina appears to basically be a replacement for Leela,Maria and Mando as none of them are credited anymore, although i'm still hoping that Leela and Mando will come back next...
I was wondering about that too,I hope they're not completely retiring the other humans, definitely surprised about Leela and Mando. And if they are trying to focus on less human characters, why would they add another cast member instead of just using the ones they already have ???
