Maybe you could ask Sonia Manzano on Twitter or Facebook. I mean, sure she's never mentioned anything about this before, so she might not even be aware of it, but it's worth a shot.
There are a lot of characters that we don't have much info on, and there are a lot that have only recently been...
Happy Birthday Fran! Thanks for bringing one of my favorite characters, Prairie Dawn to life. I really miss you on the show, hope your enjoying your retirement and may you have 70 more birthdays.
I'd love to hear Ryan talk about how he became Elmo. I mean obviously we know how he became Elmo's full time performer, but how did he get picked by Kevin to be the understudy? Clearly he turned out to be a fantastic choice but, what did Kevin see in Ryan's performance that would make him think...
Still though, it would be a little odd and potentially confusing to have two characters with the same name debut in the exact same year.
This is super interesting btw, Mo. I never noticed this before.
Wow I didn't realize how much I wanted to see it until just now. It would've been amazing to see the original version of such an important character in person. I wonder whatever happened to the original Big Bird puppet, that would be cool to see, although i'm guessing they used the same puppet...
Yeah, I just don't get the massive popularity of that show. I mean, if you like it, fine, everyone likes different things. But I just can't understand it, no matter how much people analyse and break down the show and give us all the reasons they love it, I just don't get it. They say the show...
Okay, three movies: The Lion King
Land Before Time
The Aristocats
We had VHS of all of those movies, and we used to watch them so much that I actually remember every scene and every line from each of them.
That brings me to something else. While I really really want to see an AT movie get made, hasn't that ship sailed? I mean, the show isn't quite as popular as it used to be, so I feel like it should've been out like a few years ago. I think that was one of the major reasons the PPG movie flopped...
Happy Birthday Shane (Hmm, am I allowed to call you that? I never have before), Well anyway Happy Birthday Oscarfan, thanks for all you do for the Muppet fan community!
I wasn't very sure where to put this but, yeah:

I suppose we knew this was coming :sigh:
Hmm, maybe. He's loyal and kind, great at making friends and always tries to be helpful. I think he'd be a great candidate. He's basically the exact opposite of Oscar. Now that would be an interesting race, Oscar the Grouch vs. Big Bird.
Nah, if he were to win, everyone would get cookies and we can't have that because every cookie factory would shut down from overconsumption. Now Oscar, i'd vote for him, he tells it like it is.
Frankly, I almost wish Disney XD would just replace Disney Channel all together. DXD's shows are so much better and it's not like Disney Channel's shows are even all that popular anymore. Or maybe they could merge the two channels together.
