The episode of SNL last week with Tom Hanks looks like it's already one of the most talked about episodes in years. I guess people really love Tom Hanks.
Also, on a completely unrelated note, I wish more people would talk about the things these guys talk about:
The Vlogbrothers' videos are...
So apparently there's a man in Britain who has fathered 40 children by 20 different women.
Which podcast was it, if you don't mind me asking. As a huge NPR nerd i'm always on the lookout for new, interesting things to listen to.
Could just be that whichever network showed the episodes, doesn't feel the need to put out the episodes because it was never as popular as the original American Sesame Street. It seems to me, Canadian produced shows are not as respected as imported shows from the US and the UK.
Or just watch it on the internet the day after it premieres, because someone will definitely put it up, weather it's technically legal or not :halo:
That's true, but it was still nice that that they were trying something different. I guess in a lot of ways the Hub was a lot like early Nick.
Maybe they'll upload some episodes of "Aaahh!!! Real Monsters!" this month too. I hope they do, so we can finally get an official upload that probably won't get taken down by Viacom robots. Also, I don't have any of the seasons on DVD so...
Sorry, here's the trailer. meant to post it in my previous message:
Cool that they at least still have the original host.
I guess Nick tried to bring back game shows starting around 2009-ish with "Brainsurge" and then a few years later they revived "Figure it Out" but those kinda just...
Okay, I know this thread is mostly for older pilots that'll definitely never beome actual series, but there are several newer pilots and shorts that I think would make really great series, but probably never will be.
For instance, there's this one. It's about a teenage orphan who lives near a...
Definitely. I love Double Dare, and i'm glad their basically using the original format. But the Legends movie just seems like it might just end up being a generic TV version of any random adventure movie like the Indiana Jones.
EDIT: Well, after watching the trailer, it's definitely different...
Nick is having a 30th anniversary "Double Dare" special in November, just three days before the premiere of their "Legends of the Hidden Temple" movie:

Holy crud! For some reason I never even pieced together that the guy from "Cheers", "The Good Place" and CSI were all the same guy, lol.
Also, I just looked it up and I counted that he has been a regular in about eight different shows, some of them at the same time. Still can't believe...
Generally I agree with you. Kristen seems to give pretty boring performances (although it probably has more to do with the characters she plays), but upon watching a few episodes of her new show, I can say she actually gives a pretty good performance. And I actually kind of like the show; it has...
The Indigogo fundraiser is up with a month left. So far the project has raised over $15,000. Please donate if you can to help make this the best film it can be.

Also don't forget to spread the word...
That's exactly what i'm saying! The monsters that are supposed to be scary like giant lizard creatures or mutant bugs aren't scary. What really scares people is the distortion of human beings.
Today, after watching "The Great Pumpkin" on Youtube, I came across another special that I had never seen before "You're in Love Charlie Brown". I think it's a real shame they never show the Peanuts' non holiday specials on TV anymore, because all the ones from the 60s and 70s are just as great...
So the long speculated about Halloween episode is actually a real thing. I guess it finally makes sense why they waited so long to air the season finale.
The episode looks really fun, and it's nice to see them finally coming out with more holiday episodes like this one, the upcoming Christmas...
Because zombies are trying to hard be scary, and we generally know what they are and what their intentions are. While clowns are much more like humans but they hide behind masks and costumes- we have no idea who they really are. They could be planning any sinister deed imaginable. Also, it...
In a way, I kind of agree with both of them. While I don't think they should age the characters up at all, like Arlene suggested, I do think there is a lot of story potential with all the ways the babies could possibly wreak havoc and cause trouble for their parents by using modern technology...
