I guess the scaling back thing must have really only applied to the more major characters like Telly, Zoe, Baby Bear, etc. If anything, the more minor characters like Two-Headed Monster, Mr. Johnson and Mrs. Crustworthy have actually been making far more appearances since last year.

Those predictions were pretty dumb anyway. If people think the new Ghostbusters is one of the worst movies ever, they clearly haven't seen a lot of movies.

Hey, I was just thinking how awesome it would be if this movie came out in 2019; it would be the perfect way to celebrate the show's 50th anniversary!

I think at this point, if the show offends you this much you should just stop watching it.
