Well, I haven't really noticed a lot of that. I think the show has looked quite beautiful since the HD switch, at least from seasons 39-45. But I kind of see what you mean about it looking darker than it used to. And I think a lot of the color since last year has been a little oversaturated...
Wow, very sweet and inspiring! This really encouraged me to want to be more creative. I really like your puppet designs and your voices. You really have a passion for what you're doing and that seems to shine through in your work.
Also, kudos for the Muppets and animation memorabilia you have...
1. What is the scariest thing you've ever seen / heard / read? My old baby pictures :eek::eek:
2. Is there a song that is not funny at all but makes you laugh? For some reason me and my little sister used to laugh at the first line of "Hurt" by Johnny Cash. "I hurt myself today" don't ask...
I'm thinking, maybe they can have a night block for classic SST, Mr.Rogers and the original Electric Company. Maybe some early Barney and Between the Lions for the 90s-early 2000s kids.
Oh, I just realized that I have the channel! You know what's better than watching Sesame Street? Watching two episodes of Sesame Street in a row at 9:30pm! Whoohoooo!!
Well, it looks like they're just sticking with the shows that are currently on PBS. And beyond that, unfortunately, I don't...
Has anyone else noticed that some of the colors have been off the past couple seasons?
For instance, certain colors like light pink and some shades of orange don't look very good on the new cameras. Abby ends up looking the wrong color, and Grover's nose looks rather purple at times.
The thing about it is, it was never even confirmed by anyone that they were a couple. They were just two women who happened to be at the aquarium together and they had a small child with them. They might've been together, or they might've just been friends of siblings even. We don't know. And...
I'm really surprised they didn't do this years ago. I mean, sure we've had the Sprout channel for over a decade now, but that was never exclusively PBS Kids shows. Anyway, I hope now that it's a 24 hour channel we'll get to see older episodes of Arthur and Sesame Street that they no longer air...
In this amusing interview, The Count talks about numbers, farts and people in America who are named "Seven":

Great to see La La Land finally getting more exposure due to the award season. I'm glad to see Hidden Figures getting so much attention as well, it's actually doing a little better than I originally expected.
Well, again, I think that goes with people having access to more information. Now that people can see and understand more of the outside world, the silly stuff just feels progressively more and more, well, silly. And I guess a huge amount of social issues have been brought to the forefront. Not...
Adult Swim is bringing back it's classic shows! Last night they aired the first episode of Samurai Jack. Tonight they're airing The Brak Show, Space Ghost Coast to Coast, Harvey Birdman AND Sealab 2021. And it looks like they'll be airing Space Ghost for the rest of the week! :) I copy pasted...
Yup, sadly that's the world we live in now. Nothing seems to be able to compete with tablets and the internet anymore.
On one hand it's a great privilege to have the world at your finger tips, but on the other hand, people are missing out on a lot of one on one human interaction and the...
Ah I see, I guess because Marty was doing Slimey? That's something i've wondered about though. Why does a consistent performer have to play Slimey anyway? It's not like he's also doing the voice, plus the other puppeteers clearly know how to work with worms.
Is Marty just so good that his spry...
Well, I haven't seen the episode yet, but I have noticed Marty does seem to be sounding a bit older recently. His Snuffy voice seems to have gradually gotten deeper and more gruff over the years, while Telly's is deeper but has lost a lot of it's gruffness.
Frankly, i'm really surprised they didn't advertise the Walking Dead parody at all. I feel like both that one and the OITNB parody would've been pretty big hits on Youtube had they posted them several months back.
Okay, i've kind of been debating whether or not I was gonna post in this thread. TBH, something about it makes me feel icky. Now, I know Princeton didn't create this thread to be weird or anything. And i'm definitely not judging any of the people who have posted here. I guess the fact that some...
