I got this link from a friend, it's really interesting.
So far, I've played four rounds, and actually won half of them, but to give this thing the benefit of the doubt, one of them was a character of my own, and the other isn't very popular; but the other two rounds...
So last night on E! News, we got some behind-the-scenes footage of the new music video with Ok Go and the Muppets, as well as brief interviews with Kermit and Gonzo. It was amusing seeing Kermit saying the only difficulty in shooting the video was Miss Piggy, and explaining the reason she's such...
Or if you can't, then at least keep him in your thoughts...
Since last Christmas or so, he shocked the family by saying he had decided to join the Marines, and as of yesterday, that finally happened: he was sworn-in as of yesterday, and he's been shipped out for several grueling weeks of basic...
Well, we've got threads for smiles, frowns, scares, laughs, general desposition, etc... might as well do a thread for this, because let's face it, sometimes things happen that makes us  or :sigh: or faceslap ourselves, etc... so here's a thread just for that.
Today, I found myself...
This has been bothering me for a while, so now I'm just going to finally ask about something...
Why is it TV shows go through so much legal drama getting on DVD over the music, whether it's the use of a song on a particular episode, or right down to the actual music score that was composed for...
Yep. Short on ideas for new movies, Hollywood has decided to tarnish another symbol of nostalgia by doing a crappy movie remake.
The victim this time?
Eddie Murphy IS...

EDIT: Aww man... you mean we can't do dramatic pauses in our posts anymore?
I was going through some tapes I have of Season 32 episodes, and came across the episode where Rosita and Telly draw pictures of people and things all over the street, and get others like the Birdkateers to do the same.
At the end of the day, they all gather in the arbor to look at the artwork...
I don't mean Kanye West's 40-minute "epic saga" that he did for one of his recent singles,
But I stumbled upon this on YouTube, and I have to say, of all the music videos I've seen over the years, this has possibly got to be the worst one ever... what do you think...
I got to thinking, because the likes of Danny Elfman and Alan Silvestri were mentioned in another thread, and I know both of their work have been used outside of their respective movies.
For example, I hear Elfman's Pee-Wee score from time to time in various other things, mostly on TV and such...
The experiences of Sarge, Julio, and myself have inspired me to start a new clud for people here at MC, based on that club that Lucy joined when seemingly everyone in the world forgot it was her birthday: The Friends of the Friendless.
There's a verse from a Baha Men song entitled "You Can Get...
With so many publications out there that delve into the creation and production of SST, sometimes, different sources say different things, and as such, you end up with facts that don't add up; the purpose of this thread is to possibly try and make them add up.
Biggest example with me is Jon...

Y'know, for the most part, I agree with this list, and here's my take on some of whose on it...
* Lady Gaga... meh, I don't quite agree with that... I may not follow her or listen to her music or...
I'm sort of ressurrecting this concept that I started, perhaps five years ago or so, where I try to be all philisophical, and delve into matters that I like to share my thoughts on (IIRC, the original concept was spoofing"Donal Louge's Unfinished Thoughts" from VH1's I Love the Holidays, whcih...
After purchasing "Count it Higher" on DVD yesterday, I'm considering getting DVDs of other titles that I've had on VHS since I was practically born, but I'm just curious as to why "Bedtime Stories and Songs" was retitled and edited? Other titles don't seem to be edited in any form, so why does...
This shouldn't be an inappropriate thread, because this isn't intended to delve into the personal lives of the performers.
Caroll Spinney was on the verge of quitting SST, and was about to break the news to Jim - something he was dreading - until Kermit Love stopped him and told him to...
I'm sure we've all watched various international co-productions out of curiosity, but they all have one thing in common with us in the sketches, songs, inserts, etc, they're just dubbed into the respective languages.
Sometimes though, you come across a dub that you like just as much, if not...
Sometimes when I get to thinking about the street, I notice how in the very late 80s/early 90s, elements of the sets that were once just painted on (like brickwalls on the buildings and such) were actually built up, and we actually had such textures and such.
One thing I always kind of wished...
One thing that's been intriguing me as of late is how exactly fan mail worked in the past.
In the days before the internet, where we could easily obtain addressed to which we could contact our favorite celebrities, performers, writers, etc while fan mail slowly became discouraged, fan mail...
