Dave does have a nice smile. :)
Yeah, any attempt at a Muppeteer of the Year thing would definitely result in a five- or six- way tie.
Although I'd really like to see what the trophy for that would look like. I'd imagine something like a golden arm with a puppet on it.
Ugh...just...ugh. Doing very little with the Muppets was better than not doing anything at all.
They had better at least release the rest of the TMS seasons or they will be receiving a heaping helping of my unbridled rage. What fun.
Yeah, you're right. I'm sure making a fleece hand pattern or something won't be that hard.
Thanks for the advice!
I have another question now: What's foam core? The supply checklist says I need some, but, not being very well-grounded in the world of crafts, I have no idea what it is.

It's an ongoinging photojournal of the construction of my first puppet. If anyone has any tips, please let me know.
Here's something that's been bugging me for a while: I'm going to cover my puppet with fleece, and the fleece covering...
Pooh? EXTREME?
Excuse me whilst I laugh out loud.
Ugh...can't they at least do something, some little thing, one tiny little thing with the Muppets? Whatever happened to that America's Next Muppet thing?
Think of the CHILDRENS!!!
Ho ho ho! You're welcome, little cabbage! Now off with you, the line is getting long, my break's in five minutes, and the food court is calling my name.
Am I on the naughty or nice part? :halo:
Dave all the way! :concern::cool::confused:
I knew I was going to have to explain this someday...well, here goes.
The first reason Dave is so awesome is because I tend to identify with him. We're both shy, wear glasses, and have a weird sense of humor. Also, like him, I don't have a background...
Has somebody been watching Strong Bad emails...? :)
I really love the UK bits, sometimes they're one of my favorite sketches in the episode just because they're funny and the music is fun. I'm so glad they decided to include them.
I heard somewhere that Henson was planning on a Fraggle Rock movie, but I'm not sure if they're still going to go through with that, or when. (Nevertheless, it caused me to have dreams of puppeteering for the movie for months afterward.)
Well, I agree with you there. People are taking this and blowing it out of proportion. Is the planetary status of a ball of ice and rock millions of miles away really the most important thing people have to worry about these days?
Hey, it's okay to feel old.
I agree, I would love to see those old shows again. Eureeka's Castle was one of my absolute favorites (Brian Muehl was a puppeteer on that show).
Do you mean Allegra's Window? Kathy Mullen and Marty Robinson were puppeteers on that one.
Thank you! It's funny, for the first few weeks after I got him, I experimented with all sorts of voices and personalities, but he didn't have a name, and then suddenly, one evening, the name Chunk came to me, and suddenly he had a voice and a personality.
(By the way, we're working on the...
