It just sounds Better, you have to understand that the producers have to make the names easy to say for the kids, it just sound easier to say Telly monster than Grover monster.

I Agree with ravagefrackle We need to see the Muppets do more (wich i blieve is coming) as far as movies, Tv show, speacial, ect.. I geuss what most of us don't want to see is the Muppets Become some Big Joke, sort of like evryone having Fully Licensed Muppet Replicas, like the Star wars...

Does any one know what the henson folks use for the eye pupil, you know the black dots on the ping pong ball, I have been using Velcro Dots from the sewing store but they're too thick and I dont like the looks of the Velcro. Not to mention that the Velcro gets caught on everything Any help?
