    Muppet Whatnots

Well I bought both of them and it really is only $40 more than what it would cost to get them at FAO. And asa bonus both Toys R US and FAO have free shipping on a purchase that big. That being said I'd rather get the two puppets and buy clothes at good will (24 months or 2T seems to work okay...

For the 1st Time - BRAND NEW "MUPPETS" at BUILD a BEAR Workshop 2012!

You Know I think the first time I went to build a bear was with my wife. There seems to be less of a problem with that. I've also built a few bears for my class as well. Having kids of my own now makes it a whole lot easier but the girls really do wind up taking the stuffed animals for...

    Muppet Whatnots

They seem about the same size.. a tad smaller maybe... My hand fits better in the toys r us orange one than my fao blue one but that seems to be more due to head shape....I'll have to take a closer look after work...maybe do some side by side shots. I saw some some where else here and they look...

Sequel to "Tales of a Sixth-Grade Muppet" coming

I loved this book...read it myself and am reading it now to my five year old. Even got a few of my students reading it now. Funny book and really hasa love for the muppets (Danvers is like a more mischchiveous and less innocent version of Walter in my mind). Also noticed that the orange Muppet...

    Muppet Whatnots

No.... but I have a red puppet shirt in my puppet closet at work so I pulled it out and put it on him...but I'm kind of hoping I can find a small gonzo shirt somewhere. My daughter dressed the blue one in the princess outfit though.

    One of those running gags...

The running gags in TMM are just horrible groaners but I always felt what made them funny is that they just kept using them over and over again. If it would have been once it wouldn't of worked but their commmitment to terrible puns and wordplay made them work.

    Favorite Muppet of all time

It has to be Fozzie Bear...just the idea of a comedian who is so aweful and yet keeps getting up there. He tries so hard. Kermit and Scooter would bothe be a close second though. Walter is really coming up there as a favorite of mine. He's such an adorable character and the model of a Muppet...

What's in store for the Muppets in 2012 article

I agree...the ones that were the best were the ones that were most creative with their interpretations.
