Just my Two cents here, but i think u may be expecting a lot from a puppet to last 5 years , if its going to be used everyday , or close to everyday , in varied weather conditions, and if the puppeteers are going to be store employees, or local kids with out much puppetry background, as well...

never heard of it, but its a cool optimus prime head, try google, but its not something i have ever heard of

i hardly think giving my opinion(no matter how frank ly i may say it ) is being aggressive, maybe im a bit blunt , but its better than being dishonest

true , people may see your stuff on Ebay , but you cant very well be selling knock off muppets as a pure source of income since the Lawyers for the company that owns them will eventually track you down, and put a stop to it, and Ebay is were people go to find things for less.your really only...

the whole Wcky Stax thing is a bit of a exageration, yes they did use them(and still do in a limited way), but what he did do was buy the remainder after the company stopped making them and ordered a run of them in plain white , that was it, i never saw any in "original" packaging...

i think u will find that many people here will post new threads featuring stuff they have built,, i do not think muppet central has a picture posting feature on the board for individual posts

Nope that is just a Puppet , be it Hand and rod stlye like the Muppets , or a Glove puppet like the ones on Mr.Rogers Neighborhood, Muppet was just a term coined to Name the characters that Jim's compnay created, and Foz is right these days a muppet is much more specific since Disney...

al i can say is good luck, its a challenge for sure(especially if you have never tackled a task like this before) im currentlley supervising a build of roughly 40 some odd puppets , it is a challenge for sure but if you get a good crew it can be done
