Matt, when I questioned them I was told that they can't look up anything at all, including whether or not it's been received in the warehouse ... and this was from two people behind the customer service desk standing next to a computer which they never touched. I don't have a problem with...

This evening the ladies at customer service told me that they have no way to look up any information (including arrival date) on a product that hasn't actually arrived in the store yet. Now that's customer service.
