That would be a pretty clever touch.
I'v'e also thought of an idea for a new Mysterious Theater host: Diana Pigg! As you'd expect, she would be a pig version of Diana Rigg, wearing a black dress, and maybe at the start of her introduction and end of her closing she'd be eating out of a pigs' trough!
I may have mentioned before that the "Yakity Yakity Yak" scared me as a kid with the way the yak goes nuts and charges at the screen, breaking it. Well, Episode 3012 made it worse for me: after the crash and everything is black, the "NEWS FLASH" logo rapidly ZOOMS in right after! It's almost as...
SesameWorkshop has uploaded the infamous News Flash 3-part segment about Kermit and the snowstorm, in high definition no less!
It even includes Kermit's "I'M GONNA GET YA HARVEY KNEESLAPPER!"
Doug Walker has reviewed "A Muppet Family Christmas!"

That's not surprising, as Noel generally performs in the Big Bird puppet suit for the Macy's parade.
Still wondering who the kids that were with Alan and Nina were supposed to be...
I remember last year, Count von Count and Herry Monster were next to each other on the float (maybe because Jerry Nelson was both their original performer?). Now Rudy is next to the Count.
I saw Herry on the float again! I'm glad he is part of the parade once again with the rest of the Muppets.
But BTW, who were all those kids with Alan and Nina supposed to be? Do they have any part in the show?
And yep, they're still using the 2009/2011 opening theme song to introduce the...
They did NOT announce the Sesame Street cast appearing during the opening lineup announcement for the Macy's parade on the NBC broadcast! I guess they just demoted them to the "And the rest" category as "Fantastic floats and spectacular balloons..." which NBC now considers a side event compared...
