    Big V, a Gorgon Heap precursor, was made for a sketch "Inchworm" in "The Jack Paar Show". According to the "Sesame Horror Theater" thread, Big V can be seen with Fuzzyface (a Grover precursor) and Kermit in a sketch "Kermit's Radio" on "Sesame Street" in 1969.

    Well...as a matter of fact, Big V should be listed with "Muppets Magic" and "Sesame Street", not "The Muppet Show". Twinkleclaws and the Piano (though already listed) should also be listed with "Muppets Magic" as well.
