Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 35

In the episode in which Rosita wishes she didn't have an accent, or as I call it, "Yakety Yak Yak Yak", there was a song that goes something like this: There was a girl who moved in just around the block I really like her but I'm much too shy to talk To have a little conversation is my goal...

I hope Season 36 has more episodes, more old clips

Ssetta, if you regularly speak with people from Sesame Workshop, why don't you suggest that they produce more than 26 episodes. Or if it was PBS to blame, why don't you talk to PBS about ordering more than 26 episodes.

    Big changes for Season 36

Why not have Steve Whitmire perform Guy Smiley? Steve performed Guy in the street story of a Season 32(originally season 30)episode in which Maria has many emergency toaster repairs. For some reason, Guy Smiley was put as one of Maria's patrons as opposed to a game show host.

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 35

For a 4 segment this season, they used the same animated singer singing, "How many elephants will fit in this room before they fall through the floor..." Cute parodies of Bob Dylan's "Blowin' In the Wind."

    Whatever happened to...

In the 2001 episode when Guy Smiley appeared as one of Maria's patrons when Maria has many emergency toaster repairs, Guy actually did talk a little, and Dantecat says Guy Smiley was performed in that episode by Steve Whitmire.

    Mona Lisa

Yes! I actually saw the "Sing your Synonyms" sketch on the Put Down the Duckie DVD and at the beginning of the clip when Luis and Maria enter the museum, the Mona Lisa was shown in its actual form, the next time we see it, Telly's face is in the painting as well as all the other works of art who...

Why is Susan rarely seen on Sesame Street?

You mean the actress that plays Susan is too busy teaching to perform on Sesame Street?

    I miss Guy Smiley

If that was actually a Season 30 episode and Guy had been recast since 1998-1999, why hasn't Guy been used as a game show host in recent years?

Why don't they make Sesame Street CD players?

A Sesame Street DVD player would be a good idea as well.
