 The problem with That 70s Show is that Topher Grace was THE main character. The whole show revolved around him. Everyone else in the show were either his family, his friends, or his next door neighbors. The show should have ended when Topher Grace's contract expired. The last season of...
Besides the fact that I don't particularly enjoy either Lopez or Foxworthy's "work," I want to give Smurfs a chance... that could be because I never really enjoyed the Smurfs either... Wait, why am I giving it a chance?
Anyway, I feel for you, Drtooth. This trend is getting rather tiresome.
Oh, I agree. It's a very good idea. I understand the point, I just can't help but feel personally disappointed. It's a smart move, for sure, but it's a DVD I can't justify buying for myself... though perhaps as a gift?
A thought on songs...
I think I would like to see Paul Williams and Alan Menken team up for the music. I think that would be incredible! I mean, sure they've never worked together before, but ya know, the first time it happens...
Of course, if Paul Williams and Kenny Ascher worked together...
I'm a little disappointed. Happy to see that they're keeping the Fraggles out there, and I know there are many who will be picking this up, especially since there is an unreleased Animal Show with it. But, the majority of the DVD's content has been released previously.
We've had a great run...
I remember when that happened. I remember imagining that I caught the thief and the Muppets were so grateful they gave me those puppets. :p:(
Well, a kid can dream, can't he?
:)
Too regain a bit of dignity to this thread, I shall now honor Miley Cyrus with a song:
...
:sing:
But don't tell my heart, my achy breaky heart
I just don't think it'd understand
And if you tell my heart, my achy breaky heart
He might blow up and kill this man
Ooo
:sing:
:D

The list is a little depressing to look at. But, still hopeful. I assume Disney's waiting for the holidays to release season 4. I'm not crazy about that, but hopefully they haven't forgotten it altogether.
In a word: Comedy.
In more words: Danny L. was taking Kermit to the world in which he was never born. Taking him to another world, he accidentally got the wrong world, namely Dagobah. Sorta like the left turn at Albuquerque.
Boy, do I hate having to analyze humor! :o :super: :o
Maybe it's that they're trying to hard to be filthy... and without cause for filth.
Or maybe it's that all Henson productions have lost that "affectionate anarchy" that Frank Oz loved so much. There doesn't seem to be any love here. Just cheesy, cynical parodies of popular stars and the...
From Muppet Wiki: "In the film, the Muppets must reunite to save Muppet Studios in Hollywood from an evil Texas oil tycoon. To save the studio, the Muppets have to put on a show at the Muppet Theater and attract an audience of ten million people."
The statement is... confusing.
Perhaps...
Very nice! I also found it a bit odd that Animal and Piggy are there when the rest is all about Jim. Perhaps a few other characters would help that?
Anyway, you did an excellent job on the artwork. Beautiful!
It's unfortunate, but I don't think his name will be widely known (it's already getting harder to find people who recognize the name). However, much the same as Mel Blanc, Tex Avery, Chuck Jones, and others still get recognition for their work on Looney Tunes, I'm sure Jim will always have the...
I don't know how it is, but I know a LOT of people who love Fraggle Rock. I'll talk about the Muppets, and they'll say, "Remember Fraggle Rock? That was my favorite show!" Wasn't there a period during the early '90s where it was shown on Nickelodeon or something? Perhaps it comes from that...
