How could I have forgotten about that sketch?!? It was awesome!!!!
And you're right, bigbird, just thinking about it is making me hungry for pizza right now!
Does anyone have this clip, or know if its on youtube.com?
Hemlock,
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE share that clip with me!!!!! :excited:
I have been searching for both of those skits for years also, & you're the only one I ever heard of who has either one!!!! Where did you find it?!?
I have nothing to trade for it, but please email me at...
Exactly, ReneeLouvier! That's why I made my post!
What drew me to those episodes of TRF, were that it showed Emilio had a broader character range than a SS mainstay (with the exeptions of Will Lee Mr. Hooper), Alaina Reed (Olivia), Paul Benedict (The Painter),& Linda Bove not too many SS...
I never saw Emilio (AKA- "Luis") in a band, but I did see him in several episodes of "The Rockford Files" as a Hispanic gang/background character.
In one particular episode, James Garner enters a Hispanic bar and encites a brawl, in which Emilio participates. During the brawl, Emilio charges...
During which season did the SS gang drive from NY to New Mexico to visit Luis's family?
If memory serves me correctly, the intro showed most of the gang (Big Bird included) riding down the highways standing up in the back of a pickup truck (not exactly an edorsement for safe driving)! I guess...
I used to love the telephone skit with Kermit & Forgetful Jones! It always killed me when Forgetful messed up Kermit's name, calling him "McDermit"!
God, even typing that made me laugh!!!!
I'll take a copy of everything except the "Elmo's World" episodes.
I don't have anything to trade, but e-mail me & maybe we can make a deal.

That is a great sketch! I also like the one that takes place in a bakery, Paul draws a 6 in icing on top of a birthday cake, & Mac hits him in the face with it (after cutting a piece for himself, of course)!
If only it sould be that easy!

Does anyone remember "Sam The Robot"?
Bring him back!

Oscar did in fact call Bob both "Blue Eyes" & "Bright Eyes". He switched back and forth over the years, to keep from going stale, I guess!
:grouchy: - "Hey, I love stale!"
While I love everything Oscar has done, there are a couple of moments that stand out in my mind & remain special in my...
My favorite is the "J- Jump" song!
Joe Raposo was so good in that number, CTW should seriously consider bringing that sketch out of moth balls!
If any of you out there have never seen it, check it out on youtube.com!
".... on a just nice day with the jumpingest "J"s in town!"
Hey, gang!
Can anyone out there settle a bet between my friend and I?
We were on youtube.com, looking at a 3-part "documentary" hosted by James Earl Jones, which aired sometime in the late 70's or early 80's (Mr. Hooper was still alive, & Referred to Mr. Jones as "Jimmy").
During the...
That sketch is a classic, I love that one!!!!
Make sure you also look for the other Ernie & Bert at the movies sketch, wherein a lady wearing a tall, feathery hat sits directly in front of Ernie, blocking his view! Its been years since I've seen it, but when I thnk of it, I laugh out loud...
While I agree that Bert had only a few segments away from Ernie, he did have a few memerable moments of his own!
1) During the episode which celebrated the 25th anniversary of Mr. Hooper's store, Bert enters the party with The Count. While this isn't a particularly funny moment, it does show...
I tried that & it indeed gives you the opportunity to add an avatar to your profile, but where do you find the avatars in order to choose one?
Did I do something wrong?
