I just spoke to someone at DelivEARS and they informed me that there are two left at The Mad Hatter Shop; however, they also said that since they are limited edition, they are not allowed to sell them over the phone until 30 days after the release. Actually, all of Master Replicas products (and all of eFX's as well) are made in China. I have to believe you're the first person to ever say that MR didn't charge enough. :)
