I mess around on keyboard from time to time. Had one musical performance at a Barnes n' Noble once that went over pretty well. Gotta work on my singing though.
Why thank you.
I have an interesting image in my head from looking at the word "lastnameless": Someone standing on a street corner with a sign that reads "Will work for name". I think I would give someone some change for that.
I'm weird.
It would have been cool if Barkley showed up at some point to meet Sprocket and Rowlf (not that Sprocket and Rowlf's meeting wasn't cool enough).
Some others:
Bif and Sully meet Beauregard (or anyone for that matter)
Red and Scooter (Just because Red reminds me of MB Skeeter)
Animal and...
My name is Ryan. I often get Brian. Lately, people have taken to calling me Scott because I replaced a Scott at work. However, the people at work who call me Scott are young kids so I give them a hard time, shred their self-confidence and demand they call me by my real name or they will be...
I've only ever lived in Missouri. I have visited Montana though, a few years back. Aren't there parts of Montana with no speed limits? Or is my memory just screwing with me? It's been a few years.
Hey, Piggy, I just sent out those invitations. Don't ask me to do it again though. I was just wrongly accused of chasing after a mailman and was banned from the post office. Hey Floyd, how about livening this place up with some carols?
Everyday is a holiday in December! Sure, work and school may get in the way but after that, pop something Christmassy into the CD or DVD player and do whatever the heck you want to do! Ebenezer Scrooge taught us that you only live once, so don't waste your time being a cold-hearted baffoon...
I made a list that included most of the Palisades variants, exclusives, etc. My wife went Muppets crazy on me last year and has promised to do the same this year (she's already given me a Sideshow Animal bust as an early present). I am very lucky.
With the exception of Muppets stuff, my list...
Woo Hoo! I'll be Rowlf the Dog!
(Humming to the tune of Jingle Bells)
Hey, where is everybody? (Looks at the hole in the ceiling) I take myself for a 10 minute walk and the whole place goes to heck.
Link was in MTI. When Smollett first meets Benjamina Gunn on the island and she 'hi-yahs" him into the gong, Link is there looking down at Smollett and then Smollett says something like "old girlfriend".
I would love to see Fraggle action figures made, but now that I think about it, a Sprocket plush, if done right (kinda floppy, if you know what I mean), could be righteously awesome.
Actually, Link is in The Muppet Movie (sitting next to Piggy in the theater) and Muppets Take Manhattan (he cries when Kermit and Piggy are married).
Guy Smiley and Rowlf are very cool characters. Together, their conversation could have been priceless.
I was at a Muppet Show Live, but I don't remember a Rizzo. Must have been the previous year. If I had money, I would bid. It's hard to say, but it seems legit.
Me: Oh my gosh, do we have a story to tell you!
Link: Oh, it was terrible! Awful! Horrific! And it wasn't any fun!
Me: Yeah, we got stranded on the island of Hexed Turkeys.
Link: Yeah...Zombie Turkeys!!!!
Me: Fortunately, Link and I had packed forks and stuffing. We managed to...
The Muppets are puppets?? What's next, you're going to tell me Santa Claus isn't real? :)
I don't know what they do with them, but I hope they are well taken care of. Precious cargo those are.
Allow me to go chronologically:
Very Young Years:
-Probably rattles and things (I don't remember that part of my life)
-Tom & Jerry (I don't remember this either, but my mom swears up and down that T&J used to crack me up hardcore)
-Sesame Street and Mr. Rogers Neighborhood (had to watch...
My wife knows the feeling, Beth. Last Christmas, she bought most of my stuff off of ebay. She paid an excrutiating amount of money for an Animal T-shirt (it's a really cool shirt, but totally not worth what she paid for it). She learned the hard way how tough ebay can be on the pocketbook.
