Baby Bear and Elmo becoming main characters is what turned me off to Sesame Street. I still tune in every now and then but when either one of those characters show up, I turn it off. I can't stand their use of improper English (which in no way is the same as a foreign accent) and I wish it...
Seeing as how Dr. Teeth hasn't made it (stuck in traffic, most likely). Someone's gonna have to get started practicing this music. My foot's still a little sore, but I can work these pedals alright. Let's get this started!
(Sits at piano and cracks knuckles)
Jingle bell, jingle bell...
Let's hope they realize that sticking with that vision can help them get back on top. Why change the formula? If they can keep the Muppets smart, witty and full of heart (not to mention in the public eye) people will take notice and there could be a boom in Muppet popularity ala Scooby Doo...
(Reading sheet music for Eight Beautiful Notes)
Now let's see, where did Count leave those cookies? In the kitchen perhaps?
"Hey Count, that hot chocolate you made was too good! Mind if I get a *whah!" (Falls through hole) "Ummm, can someone fetch me one of those ice packs, please? I...
This is interesting. I'm not sure how I feel about the thought of Sesame Street action figures. I will probably buy some favorite obscure characters (Guy Smiley, Two Headed Monster, Forgetful Jones (if he's offered), Don Music (most likely won't be)) and most likely Oscar, Grover and Cookie...
Hey Count, how ya been? Seems like Piggy and Janice went shopping without me so I'll just have to hit Petco some other time. I'll take a cup of hot chocolate if you got any left. Say I...hark! Where'd that piano come from? Me thinks me should sit down and play a tune (Begins playing Winter...
Definitely Rudolph (I like the Misfit Toys).
Disney's Christmas Carol (Goofey as Marley, "Ya-hoo-hoo-hoy!" Or was this a movie? I guess I can't recall.)
Was the Claymation Christmas the one with the California Raisins and the running gag involving "Here We Come a Wasailing"? If so, that...
That's pretty disturbing. However, the Electric Mayhem costumes are fantastic. The amount of work they must have put into those is mindblowing. Very creative stuff. Most of the other costumes look great as well.
Hey everyone, sorry about my absence. I ran out to grab some extra ice packs after finishing hanging banners, and by the look of Wontkins it looks like I did right. So what's next? Shopping with Janice, Piggy and Animal? Fine with me as long as we stop at a Petco.
With the exception of the kid who plays Jim Hawkins singing, I actually like Muppets Treasure Island. I certainly like it better than Muppet Christmas Carol and probably tie it with Muppets From Space. However, as far as MCC action figures go, I wouldn't mind seeing Bean Bunny (one version of...
Hey Janice, good to see ya. Hey, I thought about you the other day...I think I was chasing a Volkswagon when I saw a bumper sticker for Adam and Eve's Nu...well, never mind.
Hey Animal, could you give me a hand hanging these banners? I'll go get the trampoline.
How about a huge female Sweetums lookalike named Darling. She could be Sweetums' girlfriend, sister or just friend and that way they could have their own bits (musical, comedy, whatnot). She could wear a real raggedy dress and have long, drooping eyelashes. It would be funny to see them...
Here's your ice pack, Piggy. It feels good to play "doctor" again, if you know what I mean. And Chef, you are true to form and crazy as always, I like your style. I agree with Piggy though, a baked wreath is too much even for a dog.
